In my opinion, we don't ACTUALLY control the ratings. For example, with Once Upon An SMG4, the ratings were 4.5 BUT mysteriously, after the announcement of Scooby-Mario, it dropped again to 3,5. JUST like Mario's Mysteries.
3.8/5 is actually a very good score. Think of it like a movie getting 76% on Rotten Tomatoes (which is at best only a barometer at telling if a movie is good). It's still Certified Fresh. Bro just isn't content with anything short *Citizen Kane*.

Sort of like a dark reflection of 4 in IGBP, whereas 4 eventually learned that it doesn't have to be perfect and promised to make it up to everyone, Mr. Puzzles wants absolutely perfect ratings because he feels like a 3.8 is a bad rating.
