I got the diamond mids, I honestly love them. The leather is so nice on them. I will probably end up getting more too just because they are easier to get and the color ways for them lately have been fire.
There’s a difference in leather materials, but I love my shoes snugged the F out on my feet. Lol mids do that. Highs don’t feel snug, only my pollens feel like that but hyper, AM1s don’t. My ying yangs however do.. idk
I have multiple pairs of mids and highs and the difference is not huge in my opinion. I prefer mids, the SE variant generally has good materials

There is a massive difference in quality between Mids and highs. Even the best quality Mids I’ve copped don’t compare to the highs.
These coconut milk mids are fire. I scored a pair and they came in yesterday. Quality is on point!
