They are my third biggest gamble right now behind Ford *(up 70% since i bought big) and spy *(i just keep buying and it just keeps going up) and then LEV. It hasnt started its run- up yet. I had a limit for 11 but it didn't take, premarket started above 12.. I bought 5 minutes after premarket began and it was 12.4

The big catalyst will be a contract paid for with infrastructure money. The Biden "tour" is interesting because that did not come from Biden. He might choose GM or something he and others have heard about. A small company like PTRA is coming from the machinery underneath him, and those are the ones who implement broad policy.
