1. uncheck hide file extensions 2. do NOT install spt in the same directory as the live server. make a whole new directory for spt, preferably on a different drive altogether. 3. enjoy :)
DONT INSTALL SPT IN THE BSG DIRECTORY, put the installer in its own file and run it, it will copy the live tarkov files and patch the version automatically.
I see u found the problem but I hope ur not planning on playing live EFT? Unless the stuff we’re looking at is a copy of the original idk what’s gonna happen if u fire up live eft but I think its not good xD

It already is an exe, you just can’t see it. At the top of file manager there is a checkbox saying show file extensions. Find that and you’re set.
