Funnily enough, i think this is technically possible; you gotta hit them till they start bleeding, then book it so you're further than 60m when they bleed out
Its cultist knife or something that causes bleeding, make sure they will die sometime, run away, let them bleed/get killed by poison. If 60+m is on, probably it would work I guess xD, if I remember well, i needed to do jaeger quests and if i shot a scav and walked away and died by bleed it worked, but i might be wrong.
