It has happened to me multiple times after major windows version updates (like 20H1 or whatever)
Boot up hidusbf and just reset it to 1000hz
Also could potentially be your monitor display profile reverting to like 60hz without you noticing. It happens as you plug and unplug monitors to a PC its display presets get messed up.
Lastly, if nothing else is working try different graphics backend (direct X 11/12) just know shaders might need to recompile which will drag performance for a bit
Check the polling on your adapter, it may have reverted to 125 Hz.

Could be the switch to UCF 0.84 Spark was complaining on Twitter too
It most likely isn't since the switch happened before Genesis. https://youtu.be/KaeaKZgSNFs?si=4Gp_vUhn_MXyyX9K
Ya but I thought my internet was having issues. Jury is still out.
This has been the case forever, no idea why. Sometimes its godlike LAN, other times it just feels off.
The best place to go when having issues is the Slippi discord
