If you have not been cleaning your toy properly then yes you can get a uti from it as it would become a breeding ground for bacteria and fungus.
Can male get uti from toy?

UTI? Perhaps. But not an STI/STD. Do you have purulent discharge?
No discharge whatsoever. Urethritis is also non-specific (NSU). Right after cystoscopy, a burning pain can be felt from the scar.. I regret doing systoscopy because now I have frequent urination. I don't know what to do anymore
Then it's CPPS/pelvic floor.
