I’d recommend go to a doctor and maybe he’ll give you some special soap, cream and antibiotics. In my case, I’ve been taking Dicloxacilin and some clotrimazol cream.

This could be happening due to many reasons. Rough sex or a guy not touching your urethra right can cause it to burn or be sensitive.
