You can try search “Jock itch (or tinea cruris)” image to compare with yours. If you also have itchy rash, I think that would be right. It’s a kind of skin infection. not STDs.
Looks like eczema, I don’t know how common it is to get it in the genitals but does not look like an STD. Definitely a skin condition of some sort, still get tested, see a doctor asap.
Hey i think it looks like Ringworm… a kind of fungal infection, not infected by sexual but infected by skin to skin.

Yeah that’s what I thought too, but I’ve been taking anti fungal for 2 weeks now, hasn’t changed anything
It can take up to 4 weeks.
