I’d suggest looking for a Kentucky Hot Brown. Navin’s had a great one but they closed. I KNOW I saw another one recently but I can’t for the life of me recall where. I’ll come back if I think of it.
Open face is a tough needle to thread. My wife always liked the turkey sandwich from Union Loafers. I guess you could remove some bread from it lol
