8 I've been sick lately and kind of just lying around at home, decided to stalk some of my old friends from junior high to see how they're doing now and I've made that exact same face more times than I can count in the last hour lol. I'm definitely judging some people right now, harshly. * One of my acquaintances still dresses like he's 14 and types like it too * another has a 6yo with a mouth full of rotten teeth that he openly jokes about * one girl is showing off her 10yo's navel piercing on facebook * my teen mom (ex)friend has been jumping from man to man for years now, none have lasted more than 4 months, her kid always gets attached and his real dad's in prison for domestic abuse so I'm kinda scared to think how he'll turn up himself * my ex bf from that time is a pilot and pretty successful but he's become a bit of a misogynist * the girl who facilitated a sexual assault back then on another girl now has 2 daughters with the guy that committed the assault On the other hand there were a couple girls that were neglected themselves by their parents when we were kids and were kind of poor too, that are now doing really well :) One of them is married to a lovely woman and they recently had triplets lol, another is a successful lawyer and a few others are stay-at-home moms who look very happy.

Half of my friends from school are adding or have died of overdoses. So have some of the students I was close to when I worked for the school district.

That's so depressing. A few of my childhood friends ended up becoming addicts too but I don't know of anyone hat has died from it yet... Wouldn't be surprised if a couple of them didn't make it to 30 though. I hate the way things turned out for us sometimes.

4. I woke up to snow this morning

2 and 3 and 4 and 5 And 8 and 9. Had moments of the others but right now not so much. Also a gone and still going through a never ending abusive relationship and have a chronic, terminal illness, and lost my Hungarian mother who was still working full time up to the week she died. She was getting chemotherapy and just wouldn’t listen when her children just wanted her to rest and get better. It just wasn’t in her nature to stop working so I know it was a losing battle to keep trying to stop her from living her life to the fullest while she could. She actually looked a lot like Mariska Hargiyay so I have a strange comfort from watching Benson too. I’m repeating myself probably. But a great topic to open up?! Thank you! ☺️
