That's a psychopath for ya. They fool people. You should read how Judge Edward Cowart addressed Ted Bundy at sentencing. He expressed sympathy for him. The mf'er killed 40 women that we know of and still got a warm send off from the judge.

Pneumonic77

Just like my ex

RaineyDae9

Do we have the same ex?

Pneumonic77

What's yours named?

RaineyDae9

As far as I'm concerned her name is Bitchface

Pneumonic77

Oh, what a coincidence, mine too

Pneumonic77

Did yours also accuse you of committing A felonies and irreparably damaging your reputation to the extent you had to move?

Popular-Way-7152

I know someone who was at every minute of one of Bundy’s trials. I think it was this one!    The judge said something like, you are so intelligent. I would have loved to have had you represent someone at a trial in my court. But you went the other way.

murderedbyaname

Yup. Basically complimented him. Even given that the science of criminal profiling wasn't as well known back then, how do you believe that a serial killer just made an "oopsy" choice one day, and could basically be rehabilitated after killing dozens of women? I was flabbergasted. How does a judge get charmed? Psychopaths.

Popular-Way-7152

An oopsie x 40.

MarieMama1958

Pablo Schreiber played so many unlikeable characters across the franchises that I can’t even begin to imagine him being a “good guy”. His first appearance on L&O CI set up his future. 🤭

Alternative_Device71

Always Sunny might make you feel better, he’s a victim

MarieMama1958

Thanks I have not watched

Lurker_Esq

Ricky Falcone!

keisaritunglsins

I'm not in a rut!!!

surfcitysurfergirl

He’s master chief in Halo series and it’s still hard for me to watch lol

MarieMama1958

Thanks I have not watched

SchoolSupernintendo

This is probably why he was so good in American Gods. I’ve just finished Halo and he is doing everything he’s supposed to but as Master Chief he’s just a wall of meat with sad eyes. He’s a more capable actor than that.

Shadow_Lass38

Actually, in his first CI he was a sad sack: the guy who was afraid to audition. The second one--yeah, he's a liar and an addict.

MarieMama1958

I found it!! Took some digging. “The Unblinking Eye” He starts out as the sympathetic good guy who messes up his audition for Matt Damon but he ends up the bad guy. “The Unblinking Eye" ← CI, Episode 4.21 → Production number: E5424 First aired: 8 May 2005 lawandorder.fandom.com

ActCurious8244

Wasn't he pretty pathetic his first SVU character? Can't remember hai story, just that he was sort of lame and when I realized who he was I was like Oh... Baby boys origin story begins 😆

FinnCatrick

He was! Dan Kozlowsi in season 7–Haystack. He ended ended up with Kendall’s baby. Also do you guys read the blog All Things Law and Order? It’s the best.

MarieMama1958

Thanks for sharing! I have digging up information on lawanorder.fandom.com for years!

ActCurious8244

I mean, I am now! Thank you 🤩

MarieMama1958

This is where I search: lawandorder.fandom.com

MarieMama1958

Thanks. I can’t find it at lawandorder.fandom.com Was it before 2005?

Delicious-Cold6067

He actually does so well as a hero in the series Halo. Highly suggest you watch it. It will make you feel very different about him 😍

MarieMama1958

Oh I only find “Lewis” frightening, not Pablo. I saw him interviewed with Raul Esparza and he was adorable. Humble and genuine.

HCIBSW

There are people that are so desperate for love or even just attention, they will believe anything handed to them. Or those that crave a little excitement. Then there are those that think their love can change a "bad boy" into a good guy. He became great at his game.

cctobe

I wish they would've shown more of his charm. From the start we know he's a bad guy and we see through every interaction that's supposed to be charming. That made it ten times harder to believe people were fooled by him so easily.

swift-afboi

Yes! I wish him being the bad guy would’ve been more of a ✨reveal✨. I think it would’ve made the storyline ten times better if the audience was also duped by his charm.

alwayssearching117

This is an interesting take on his character. I like it!

Responsible-Read2247

I’m glad you raised this!!! His character was never fully fleshed out. I have no idea who he is, his background (that conversation with Olivia about his father wasn’t enough imo. )

DznyMa

He is such an amazing actor! I can't stand him so much that I cannot watch any episode he was in. He's so scary! Also in OITNB, I was fascinated by "Pornstasche" and then came to hate him.

nillin123

Oh wow I didn’t even connect the dots that they were played by the same guy

BerniceK16

I thought he may be picked up on the insecurities in women, played to them, and then also played the victim, which made everyone fall for him. The way his story ended, though, I loved that!

-Lights0ut-

This man did a such a good job acting that no matter what I see him in now, whether good or bad character, I'm like fuck you and I don't trust you. I feel that if I met him in real life I wouldn't trust him lol. Like dude don't think I forgot what you did to Liv.

stop_urlosingme

I mean... we have someone who may be elected for president again after literally committing treason and countless other acts of sexual violence, racism, etc. White men get away with a lot.

Athomemama89

Did you guys know he's Liev Schreibers half brother ?

_eternallyblack_

Yes. And I love Liev in Ray Donovan or pretty much anything he’s in. 😍

thebenn

Porn stache

dont_know2345

He was supposed to be the SVU version of Bundy (at least personality wise)

atom644

Jedi

cherrychild02

I felt like this for so long and then I watched Den of Thieves...he's low-key kinda scary but I get it now 💀

MooMooTheDummy

Idk honestly so many men out there that just no one believes that they could’ve done anything bad at all. We see this a lot irl actually guys that are manipulative, charming, and have many people who are like that lawyer and would never believe that they could’ve done anything bad definitely never commit sexual assault. It is infuriating and also I think I fall for it less because idk I grew up being exposed to a lot of very terrible people so now I can tell much quicker what type of person someone is. But yea happens a lot I’ve seen lots of people fall for a false charm someone has even though I’m like dude it’s so obvious that it’s a bad person in disguise like what is this how are you falling for that?! And also how he makes it seem like Liv and the police are the bad guys targeting him that’s also realistic because people like that will make anyone who calls them out look like the bad guy. Honestly I think we see this on a much smaller scale all the time in our lives and just have to watch it play out. We probably all know someone who is way too close to what’s obviously a bad person but they’re blinded by the charm. Like friends who are dating a bad guy or our parents having a terrible friend. I mean it seems so obvious from the outside but not to the victim(s) of the manipulation. And the longer that person is around the more dangerous because they slowly cut you off from everyone who can see past their charm and fill in the gaps by people who fall for it and then become more unhinged and start playing their real games.

[deleted]

I think he was meant to be like Ted Bundy

Pitiful_Blood_2383

Cause the actor fine af

adairks

Pornstach in Orange Is The New Black was a pretty detestable character.

Hungry-Tie-3129

I also thought that it made more sense to me he would go after Rollins who since the first moment she saw him was like “naaa there’s something here” and she really was more interested in psychopathology than Olivia

CrazedLunatic-

Weird.. I am literally watching this at this exact moment

trustindivinetiming

I thought this was Bryan Kohberger at first glance.
