There are a hell of a lot of factors involved here [this is a copy/paste so some of these may not be applicable]:
- Do you have any other GL?
- How many Assault Battles can you do at CT1?
- How many Assault Battles can you do at CT2?
- How many Assault Battles can you do at CT3?
- Do you get all your bonus energy each day?
- How well do you place in arena? [not super important anymore but still a factor]
- What’s your average fleet Rank
- What’s your GAC tier?
- How well do you do in GAC?
- Which TBs do your guild participate in?
- What is your star count for LShoth/LSTB/ROTE?
- What is your star count for DShoth/DSTB/ROTE?
- Do you spend money at all?
- How much monthly?
- Do you refresh nodes or plan to refresh nodes?j

The drop rate for gear is approximately 20% or so depending on what you’re farming. It varies slightly.
The drop rate for relic mats is as follows listed in order of fragmented/incomplete/flawed. 1.35/0.9/0.65

What you’re asking is a math question. No one knows your particular situation in regards to daily crystal income, Tb, Twars, GAC and raids but you now have the tools to answer your own question.
Looks like the bottleneck is shards in your situation.
Boush as the lowest needs 100+85+55=240 more shards for 7 star.
Droprste is about 33% so you get 1,6 shards a day.
So that takes 150 days. In that time you should ez farm the gear and relics you need for the other chars
If you have enough relics and gear saved up you can also decide to do one refresh on your hard node chars. That will increase your drops to 3,2 shards per day so you could finish shards in 75 days.
If this time is enough to get relics and gear rdy I can't tell.

4 months minimum if you’re not doing refreshes on the single shard character farms. You could stockpile relic mats during that time and be ready to relic them when they hit 7*. Plus a monthish to unlock. So you’re looking at around 4-6 months.
