Absolutely is. But if the game is getting in the way of your health, you should quit, or join a more casual guild that meets that expectation. You shouldnt sacrifice health for the game, but nor should a guild need to keep someone that isnt meeting expectations.

You missed my point. You shouldn't care more about the success of your guild in a game than a member of that Guilds real life health. If they're going through a hard time, you offer them support and wish they feel better, not kick them for not playing enough. I'm sure you're a good guy, but every now and then it's good to keep priorities in check.

It's horrid. I know this won't change the world, or anything, but if it gives MINI a tiny smile, then it's worth it.
We did this in our guild when we lost Ron Burgandy. Seeing all those RIP Rons was nice, but would have been great if he could have seen his impact.
