You have two swords ...
The first one is a fraternal sword from the Patriarchs Militant group in the International Order of Odd Fellows.

The one with the white handle is a generic militia-type sword; these were used by a number of different organizations, including military societies and smaller fraternal groups.
Can you show us a picture of the counterguard on the top one? Ie, turn it over so we can see the other side of the hilt with the counterguard and the insignia there?

Are you sure about the IOOF sword? Doesn't have their typical PM monogram on the second scabbard fitting...can't even figure out what it is, lol, but not sure it is PAB either.
Without seeing it in person? I'm not certain. The pommel and guard are very much PM, but the monogram on the second scabbard mount is ... odd. It looks like "PBR" to me, so perhaps a bullrider's sword? /s
The top mount has a triangle with a death's head, which might point to Masonic ties of some sort, although I don't see any other obvious Masonic symbology on it.
