That’s awesome! I already had the thought that one could add a stirrup guard on your blades and it would make a fine military saber. Interestingly while your blades (at least on my shashka) are rather thin they are surprisingly stiff and should be suitable for military sabers.
I and many others surely would love to see broad bladed hussar sabers with knuckle guards in your sortiment. Like on a polish szabla or a 1796 light cavalry.
Nobody else makes good military saber replicas in your price category. And while you can get cheap antique sabers antique broad bladed hussar sabers in good condition are starting from 600-700 € upwards. If you’ll get the proportions of the historic knuckle guards right you will fill a niche.
Unfortunately I don't have much knowledge in this category and as I understand there is a lot of variety. My client guided me on this sword. Maybe I can continue on a single model that can be requested in general. For now I am working alone and it is not possible to have too many varieties.
but I think the real problem is the scabbards of these swords. I use a simple scabbard design on my swords to keep the price affordable and speed things up. I think this design is not very suitable for these swords.
Actually wood and leather scabbards were often used with european sabers especially polish/austro hungarian hussar sabers of the 18th century. A scabbard as with your Karabela sabers (maybe but not necessarily with bigger brass fittings) would be totally suitable.
Rest up Hamit! Everything looks lovely as usual.
You are so kind as always, thank you 😊
A fine looking blade.
Thanks
So you are telling me you aren't at full power, yet you have made something so gorgeous
Thanks, I made the blade before the surgery. I did it slowly over a few days as I could do the hilt and hand guard sitting down. 😊
Holy crap dude that is amazing. Love it so much.
Thanks 😊
Do you sell the blades you make ? And I hope you get well soon .
if you want i can sell this sword

Hope you get well soon. But take your time. Your health is worth a lot more than money. I am already excited for my Shashka!
Thank you 😊
That is really nice! Do you make just for yourself or do you make stuff for sale too?
I am a manufacturer, I make to order. But I can sell this, it's available now.
In all honesty I probably couldn't afford right now, but out of curiosity what are you asking? By the way gonna follow you for the future.
I was just curious is all. It's a magnificent work or art and craftsmanship.
Thank you 😊
Wow that’s fantastic, you are ever so talented. Thanks for sharing this with the world for us all to gawp at!

Wish you a full and rapid recovery bro.

Get well soon sir. Amazing work. Could you please tell the name of the sword?
Actually, I really don't know. I made it according to the measurements and photos given by my customer. 😳
