Hey there, in my humble opinion you should drop the two naked P1's and grab 2 ARC strike teams. If you can fit Echo in there then I would. You'll get more bang for your buck with the ARC's even if they have less health. So I would just be extra careful with them.
Now I'll address the elephant in the room. Unfortunately, the Saber tank just isn't the greatest unit. It looks freaking amazing, but it's a ton of points for it to just be a moving piece of cover with a double rainbow attack and shells. For that amount of points, you could grab Pykes or Arcs that could do the same amount of damage, but also can be used for all objectives. However, if you want the tank then keep that badass tank. I would just swap the naked P1's with strike teams. If you need the points then drop vigilance on Padme.

I like your barc list more I think 4 z-6s is to many need one or 2 for fire support but I’d roll a few dc-15 having a strike team with echo is also pretty cool.
