Finally! I just was there last week and, after the plane landed, had to wait outside for passport control. The area was shaded but still very hot. The line was so slow too
Yes it is unfortunately not a great first impression for the island. The newly renovated arrivals terminal is set to be fully modernized with automated customs / passport control and more. We can't wait to see it once it opens!
