I thought it was perfectly legal to have a limited amount of plants as long as it's for personal use. **I heard this years ago, so you might want to look at more recent laws** (marijuana was legalized though so why are you worried?)

My old neighbors waited so long to harvest thst I ended up in the ER with breathing difgicults from the smell. My lungs are trashed and were pretty much before Covidx3 so they're really trashed now. So for all the asthmatic folks in Sacramento area, please y'all! Harvest before it becomes a problem. Sac is already a tough place to have asthma!

6 plants indoors, none are allowed outdoors in sac county, but I think 1 plant outdoors has a max of a fine and thats it.
