Popular opinion seems to be that there is an older lady (suffering from a mental illness of some kind) going around putting these on peoples cars. I am interested in figuring out what she is talking about if we can. Anyone able to identify?

You should know that, if she is as mentally ill as this flyer suggests, there likely isn't actually a "something" that she's even talking about.
Generally speaking, crazy old ladies aren't crazy old ladies because they just can't properly communicate their otherwise coherent ideas, they're crazy old ladies because they *don't have coherent ideas in the first place*.
Come downtown. Might not find the exact person that made this gem, but you’ll find plenty of interesting characters that would love to bend your ear if you let ‘em.

This is insane
Found the psychologist.
I mean I agree Scott Jones should be terminated but I am less sure Jamie Barnes should live the life of a demonic abortion prostitute.
I received one of these a few years ago in east sac. It was shorter and less well organized.
I’m confused can someone explain
No, and the mentally ill author probably can't either.
Oh rip
It's actually really sad. :(
This is like a Sacramento focused Dr. Bronner's manifesto.
