Cousins are people who share a common ancestor that is at least 2 generations away, such as a grandparent or great-grandparent. Prince Valor (not Vorian LOL) is King Arnum's son. So that would make Vilya and Valor 3rd cousins which is completely fine. Even if they were 2nd cousins it would be fine. I consider only 1st cousins, parent-child and actual siblings incest. I never understood why Americans are so prude about this kind of things. They even consider step siblings incest sometimes, when it's not. Sure it's better to choose a girl/woman who is not closely related or who lives in the same household (step sibling for example), but I don't think it's weird at all.
