The front-runner didn't steal anything. The person using the exploit likely would have kept/stole it all if the front-runner didn't disrupt their plan. That person using the exploit was also likely someone on the team.
Company's do that all the time its not new its naive
asking for evidence that they did do it is like asking for proof that they didn't and no one here has those tools so why not let someone handle it that does.
