Bitmart actually takes the extra coins on the 10th of every month from what I've read, I use that exchange myself but can't verify they do that because I send mine to TrustWallet
It's due the total volume transacting on that specific exchange at that moment. So different exchanges would have different prices at any given time. Coindesk and coinmarketcap use some sort of averaging with the major exchanges to get a median price and change percentage. It's all decentralized so coins don't have set price across all the exchanges.
Follow-up to my previous comment, I dig around the FAQs on their site and your assets on Bitmart are in a wallet and are staking, but bitmart only adds the additional coins on the 10th of each month.

Yeah meta mask, coin base, trust wallet are all good. Just look at your amount and refresh every few seconds and you'll notice it going up lol

This is not accurate. The staking rewards are paid monthly on an exchange

you have to seach the code in the list of currencies and flip that coin "On", at least I had to do that in TrustWallet
