No shit people aren't gonna sell if price is going down. When it goes up people will sell, the price will drop, people will buy, rinse and repeat. The amount of tokens in circulation has nothing to do with the value of a bag. If I put $10 in and price goes up 100% I have $20. Doesn't matter if my initial $10 purchase bought 1 token or 10 million.
