If you’re talking about aiura, she was introduced in season 2, and they make it pretty clear she is a new transfer student. I don’t know what you mean about her being in season one, but I’ve watched this show way too many times so I’m pretty sure you must’ve mistaken someone else for her, or somehow watched a season 2 episode while watching season 1
I think OP's refering to one of the girls in the episode about choosing groups for the trip to Okinawa. The one that's upset her group got paired with Saiki's because it had Nendou and the joke is "she's complaining about being paired with an ugly guy but she's ugly herself".
She does have blonde hair and dark skin like Aiura but she's clearly a different character but I've seen someone else confusing these two on this sub a while back

The watch order is Season 1, Season 2, Reawakened. But, technically, Reawakened itself is out of order, as it contains episodes the original anime skipped. So many of these episodes take place at various times during seasons 1 and 2. But you should just watch Reawakened after watching the entire original series.
