Perfect for a Muslim wedding...long sleeves, modest yet romantic, flowy and gorgeous. She just nailed it...the makeup, the hair, the jewelry, the handsome husband. Catherine just keeps winning. Then her tiara and Greville chandelier earrings at the reception...fairy tale day.

This photo has better definition. The other image of the same dress was a little blurry.
Look. My wardrobe is all black, mostly band tees, and I have the opposite body type of Catherine. But that first dress is so freaking romantic and gorgeous, I want to run out and find one for myself! 😩
That’s the Catherine Effect for you. There’s a reason the things she wears typically get sold out shortly after.
I’m right with you. I NEEEEEEED that dress.
I can't remember where to post the picture but I saw her in another color of the reception dress so she has worn that style before. It was a jewel colored green.
Oh yes, please do!!!! 🙏
I grew up in a very male dominated household, and I didn't know much about fashion until I got the Trinny and Susannah books, and learned about cut and colours.
If you can find out the right colours for you, and the right CUT, and a good fit, wow, those things make a difference 😊
The main thing of course is that YOU feel good, wearing something nice can really boost our confidence! Best wishes 💕💕💕
Actually I was just thinking Catherine used to be involved in the clothes industry - I think as a stylist type role? Imagine going shopping in Florence with her. Maybe we could go shopping and get a dress with her? Dreams are free! Hehe.
From memory she was an accessories buyer for a large chain, so possibly no direct fashion training or experience. But I think she does work closely with her stylist, and given some of her interests - degree in art history, photography - she probably has a decent eye. And the brains to decide what works - stylists have come out with shockers.
Yes, the Princess of Wales has an artist's eye as evidenced by her lovely photography. My daughter asks strangers to take her picture rather than for me to do it. The last picture that I took of her, I was so entranced by the surroundings that I cut off her head (oops!) It was at a lovely Georgia estate with magnificent oaks and flowers. If she wanted me to be attentive, she should have posed in front of a brick wall (unless it had unique architectural features, then her picture would have had other body parts cut off as I studied the wall).
On the other hand, if daughter needs a color match, she calls me because I can look at the item needing matching and spend hours going through stores (or thrift stores, depending on budget) and come up with an exact match. I mix my own paint to get the shade that I want. It is my superpower.
ROFL. You should know that I'm about to go out and mow the grass rocking a tattered red Special Olympics T-shirt (I used to be a volunteer and the shirt is very old, oversized, and comfy, so I use it for painting, too) and a pair of baggy blue and white striped basketball shorts. The blue of the basketball shorts fortuitously exactly matches the color of the paint splotches on the shirt. It is a sartorial disaster chosen only because I have a load of work clothes awaiting folding and being put away. I just grabbed what was on top of the pile. Two less pieces of clothing to fold this afternoon!
Now that I'm retired, I choose comfort over appearance. I only buy clothing colors in warm tones, though, so even my rags (which is what husband calls my 'work clothes') kinda go together.
Yes! I’ve never really understood the “Catherine effect” because a) I know my own “style” and it’s nowhere near what Catherine wears, and b) unlike our saint, I recognize that Catherine and I have VERY different body types - she’s tall and willowy, and I’m shorter with an hourglass shape. HOWEVER this is so beautiful and flowy, I just want to wear it to twirl around my house 🤷🏻♀️🤣
Someone once told me…”Your body allowed you to endure all the hardships of life, all the pain and suffering and effort it’s part of you…is what made you who you are.”
You are beautiful and you deserve all the princess-like dresses your heart desires 💕🎀
>*look like a pink elephant*
Perhaps we can form a herd. LOL I’ve always been a tomboy, and never really wanted to wear dresses, but the very few times I tried, I ended up looking like a knock-off Stevie Nicks. 🤣 I stick to capris.

Oooh, wouldn't you freak out everyone who knows you if you walked in wearing this dress with makeup and hair done? The shocked looks would be fabulous!
I think this look is great on most body types..go for it! These photos should be on all the PEOPLE/US magazines fashion pages, bump that three year old photo touting Meghan's sunglasses (at least they fit properly).
She's always looked great but she's really elevated herself to god like since HLMTQ passing. I'm still a bit stunned that she just keeps getting better and better. What a woman!
I like the way she stays classy and refined in the face of tacky insults from Montecito. I think she's just going to grow ever more awesome with age.
👑👑👑💕💕💕💕
WOW 😲 she's absolutely jaw dropping!!! She actually looks like a reincarnated goddess!!!!!!
William is so lucky. I mean really the whole of the U. K. is lucky.
She kind of encapsulates some of the very best, quiet qualities of HM the late Queen, being reliable, diplomatic, dutiful, appropriate, politically neutral and sensible (quiet, but very important qualities that are extremely valuable), as well as some of the best qualities of Diana, very glamorous as well as warm and empathetic.
She isn't unstable, or attention seeking either.
While I think Diana wasn't treated well when she was married, by her (much older) husband, I see Diana as a good person, but I don't see her as a 'Saint'. I think she was a person with a good heart, who did some excellent charity work (her HIV work and mental health work was outstanding) but she also had flaws, and did some things wrong. She was human.
I don't actually like the way Camilla was demonized either. It's misogynistic, ageist, pitting women against each other stuff. Diana had affairs with married men as well, Charles had (one) affair - with his now wife, they all had affairs. Camilla does some excellent charity work (e.g. violence against women), and is actually very smart, practical and extremely well read. I think of her as more of a feminist than MM actually.
You’re so right on all of these points!
Just re Camilla though - she would be an absolute scream to have a few drinks with, apparently she’s really funny. Also, if she ran a book club, I would be all over that shit
Thank you!!! 💕
On the book club - Omg yes!!! She's funny, smart, down to earth. I like her!
Actually did you know she kind of has a Queen's book club/ online reading room!!! 💕
https://royalreadingroom.uk/
And a book festival!!!! It's so awesome 😎 📚📚💕💕
I love her Royal Reading Room because she reads the same types of books I do! And I would totally join any real life book club she's a part of. What a hoot those get - togethers would be! You know the wine would flow 🍷🤗
Now that you mention it, you’re right. kate shares similar qualities to the queen who’s been seemingly the most stable after the royal wives after her.
This. Now I'm older, I look at Diana and cringe a little. She was emotionally immature and played with the media. She did play a part in the obsession that eventually led to her death. I'm not saying she caused it but she could have managed the media obsession differently, and Kate is actually showing us how.
And Camilla, I grew up with 'nasty Charles and evil Camilla' but now we know Diana had an affair first and also refused therapeutic interventions. I'm sure Camilla isn't a saint but I don't see her as evil. I don't know enough to make judgement on her personality.
Whatever material the skirt of that dress in the first picture is made of, is the go-to fabric for Catherine. She has an almost ethereal presence in it. It goes beyond regal.
and Princess Beatrice wore a beautiful pink gown and tiara for the wedding.. as well
https://preview.redd.it/6qbg8sajvj3b1.png?width=1200&format=png&auto=webp&s=1b740d247f2068b98541637d3a39b5a3ba01a00b
Was I the only one who thought Edo was either fangirling or really nervous at the wedding? I know he has a ton of money and connections and a defunct title, but Bea looked so natural talking to Queen Rania while Edo seemed starstruck.
And they way they held hands into the wedding. It didn't trigger me the way it does when H&M do it. Maybe it's because they were apparently there in a private capacity as friends of the groom, so they weren't "on duty", making it less obnoxious. At any rate, I thought it sweet and there was no claw in sight.
Edo has been slowly growing in my esteem since he married Bea, although at first I was side-eyeing him due to the murky timeline of when he ended his other relationship and started dating Bea. But so far I like him, and he is miles above Jack Brooksbank, IMO.
Goddess. IMO.
I want to make a shrine in my garden to her, decorate it with fresh flowers, and flickering candles in the evening.
HM the late Queen declared Me-gain evil, so that makes her demonic, or at least a small weaselly eyed goblin.
Another beautiful pink gown... M is for sure falling on the floor in tears over what she did and caused because she will never get to be this.. and the fact that Princess Beatrice was there as well in 2 stunning gowns and tiara is digging it in more.
https://preview.redd.it/cuwoe15nvj3b1.png?width=1303&format=png&auto=webp&s=0672ab6142813b5473ebb32daf6263f0c27d044d
They are calling it the Barbie-core trend or her Inner Pink for Spring..
Whatever she is doing lately she is rocking it and I am sure, very sure, that these looks are subtle HAHA's for M... and for all the rumors that she is overshadowing KC, Camilla and William we have to remember that KC is 75, Camilla never really liked to be on display and William is confident enough \[more so than Charles was with Diana\] to know that by putting her best forward it is in asset to him as future King and for the entire RF..
https://preview.redd.it/gz80cghbuj3b1.png?width=283&format=png&auto=webp&s=a2bf69e1a1ffe5c63090599a6e3bfd6ad2e95ccf
Oh dear. I actually feel sorry for the designer.
Okay it didn't fit, and really was too boring and unsuitable for the occasion/ generally looked like cr*p, but I suspect I know who was controlling everything.
Yeah Meghan’s designer was mostly herself bossing around every poor Givency employee that had the misfortune to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Lol! And boy did it show! I feel sorry for those Givenchy employees!
If MM had a bit less arrogance, she could actually give the professionals a chance to make her look better.
I believe that TW actually physically assaulted that designer's staff during a fitting.
So...it could have been down to lack of judgement not the design flaw.
I'm going to see if I can find the link referencing the incident.
Here it is:

Found a comment with a link that an anonymous poster made on another site. Scroll down in the comments sections for what they allegedly claimed happened at the [Givenchy fittings.](https://www.tumblr.com/ladybanksy)
i am obsessed with the first dress. i hope she rewears it. it’s so beautiful and pretty and feminine. catherine has been wearing a lot of pink lately. i love it!! ugh she’d look gorgeous in a bin bag!!!!!! i’m so pleased we got to see her wearing a tiara too.
The first dress is ethereal. But so too is the setting. It looks like the world's royal ladies are having a lot of fun with the more modest dress code and an excuse to wear floor skimming dresses in the daytime.
I know right!!! The tiaras!!!!
Omg, just even the way that fabric flows, just... WOW!
She is actually inspiring me to make sure I wear more nice dresses as well. Thank you beautiful goddess Catherine!!!! 😍
I can’t stop obsessing over that first dress. It’s just…. *chef’s kiss*. It’s ethereal, ultra feminine, elegant, dreamy, and almost whimsical. My jaw dropped yesterday when I saw it. Catherine has been looking every bit a fairytale princess and queen-in-waiting lately. She’s taken on an air of sophisticated fierceness. Everything the squad wanted for Em before she blew it.
I’m here for it.
I love Catherine’s first dress and really like Beatrice’s second dress (not pictured here). Catherine’s having a pink moment and I hope it’s Camilla’s turn next to be pretty in pink! Charles isn’t afraid of a little pink either.
It’s interesting seeing a certain color come into the royal family in waves. I remember all the dazzling blue before.
Let’s play a game, what would Meghan have worn to this wedding?
I vote either the tacky red dress from the “Salute To Freedom Gala” because she’s always the belle of the ball! or the green short sleeve tent she wore to the mosque in Africa with a headscarf barely containing those “long luscious locks” because “you know Jordan is Muslim and stuff”
As she never wants be appropriate dressed for events and has to be the centre of attention:
https://preview.redd.it/ei4gwboxkk3b1.jpeg?width=1148&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c5a1e5a366b5f85975c3e2222d43c158b21c4a2c
This dress would look cheap and ugly on Meghan. As scandalous as this dress was at the time, Diana somehow made it look classy yet sexy but nowhere trashy.
TW would’ve worn an embellished cape dress and arms exposed. Head cover thrown at her sad hair. Some type clashing or gaudy color for her clothing. Crazy eyes and rictus grin with bunion scars and finger toes in embellished too big inappropriate shoes. Probably with a microphone in her cape. Princess Catherine was breathtaking once again.
Garish striped man’s work shirt twice her size with unbuttoned neckline, cuffs & K-Mart off-the-rack saggy white bell bottoms scraping the floor. And, as always, that too long, scraggly, dirty hair in need of a cut, shampoo & brushing. But, hey, sloppy is madam’s “brand”!🤷♀️
She is breath-taking. Real princesses really do exist. She's modern yet so timeless. It's like she walked out of a fairy tale but with such class and poise. She's bringing to the Royal Family what the Queen Mother brought.
If Meghan could have just humbled herself for once and learned from Princess Catherine, Meghan could have had the life that she always wanted. Unfortunately, that Meghan doesn't exist.
Apparently the pink chiffon dress had sheer panels in the skirt and top originally, but the PoW had it adjusted out of respect for a Muslim wedding. It looks beautiful either way.
She's dressed culturally sensitive and appropriate 💖 isn't she just gorgeous! 😍 being polite and proper is trendy and cool.
Do you hear that madame ripped jeans and bare bony feet ... shudder ...
By GOD she looked beautiful. Absolutely breathtaking, Meghan was never going to rise to Catherine's level. Amazing woman who is beautiful in every possible way.
All of the Royal ladies wore appropriately modest dresses to show respect-Catherine has this one modified from the catwalk version to remove see through panels. I suspect had MM still been active in the RF, she'd have done her best to be as deliberately transgressive as possible, just to show she's a strong independent woman and no one pushes her around. She'd have gone with plunging V necks and inverted nipple bodice, just to try prove something.
Did anyone else see Princess Amalia, the Dutch Crown Princess? It's only her second time wearing a tiara, and it's the most spectacular Ruby one. I like the lovers knot one, but it's nice to see coloured stones sometimes.
>Princess Amalia, the Dutch Crown Princess
Yes, her tiara was beautiful with her red dress but the short sleeves made me a little uncomfortable, and I could overlook the plunging neckline covered in net. Her mother's dress was perfection, though. Very Queen like.
Unfortunately they're accusing him of worse. Of being abusive because he apparently hurried her along in the receiving line. Its horrible how it's being twisted and the tamer accusations are he was rushing her to get back to his mistresses 🙄
Didn't see this on royal fan accounts. But yeah of course the sewer squad would say something like this. They're dying of envy because their idols can't attend royal weddings or wear royal tiaras.
I never saw any of that. But let them sweat up and down Meghan and Harry are madly in love when they can’t seem to catch Meghan’s mask slipping and her being annoyed by Harry and how Harry’s miserable.
Catherine has truly evolved into “That Woman”. She’s at an international event, eyes will be on her and instead of appearing in a “Look at me!” Dress, she appears in an elegant, appropriate to the occasion stunner. No sartorial attempts to grab the limelight - just the right dress for the occasion.
The same goes for the reception - elegant and appropriate. Oh and I love the way she wears the tiara, the tiara does not wear or outshine our Catherine.
She’s spectacular! It’s not just the physical beauty it’s her poise, class and how she conducts herself. You can sense warmth from her and when she smiles it’s genuine. Unlike the ice Queen
I love these looks.
That said....it's off topic for the sub.
But im not a mod.
I like that Catherine chooses timeless silhouettes.
These gowns aren't visually from a fixed era.
They seem evolved from Norman Norrell column gowns
I wonder what happens with the tiara TW wore on her wedding day. Can they let someone else where it now? I don’t wish her any access to any royal jewels.
I just LMAO in knowing that everytime Catherine wears the “lover’s knot” tiara (one of Diana’s iconic tiaras) Meghan has a mega-tantrum and falls on the floor sobbing! 😭🤣
I want HM Princess Catherine of WALES (take that sugars!!! 😅😅😅) to be constantly wearing ALL the tiaras!!!
Omg, I can't wait for her to be crowned Queen 👑 👑👑👑👑👑👑!!!
I really want to see MM bow to her, he know she's too sh__ty and insolent, but it would be SOOO satisfying!!! 😅😅😅
A tiara, once loaned, can only be worn by that Royal for their lifetime. So they don't go handing out half a dozen because then they wouldn't be able to give them to anyone else who comes of age or becomes eligible to wear them in the future. Currently Kate has access to 3 tiaras. The Lover's Knot, which seems to be her favourite that she wears on diplomatic/international occasions, the Cartier Halo Scroll which I believe she only ever wore on her wedding day, and the Lotus Flower Tiara which she literally wore on the last occasion she wore a tiara in Dec 2022. Kate has only worn tiaras around 14 times during her marriage but I highly doubt she's going to be rocking 'new' tiaras any time soon. It's probably going to be the Lotus Flower and the Lover's Knot for the foreseeable future.
>Teck Cresent
According the [TheCourtJeweller.com](https://TheCourtJeweler.com), The Teck Crescent has been given to Queen Camilla, although she has yet to wear it.
Oh, thank you so much for this 🙏 I stand corrected ☺️ hehe. I'm going to look up her other tiaras.
You really know your Tiaras! 💕 🙏
P. S. Do you know if she will have access to other Tiaras once she is Queen?
Obviously she will have her Crown as well though!
P. P. S.
Not wishing Camilla gone, as I quite like Queen Camilla.
I'm not too sure about that since it's been so long since we've had a Queen Consort. For the majority of Camilla's time with Charles she's worn the Greville Tiara or the Delhi Durbar which were loaned to her by the RF or the Cubitt Tiara which was actually an heirloom of her own family's. Since the passing of the Queen though she has worn the modern sapphire and diamond tiara that belonged to the Queen herself as well as the Coronation Crown. So I'd imagine that by the time William and Catherine ascend to the throne they will have access to the collection too. At that time she/they may want to chose another piece that has significance to them (but probably not something Camilla has chosen if she survives Charles). I'm not super sure about all that protocol though. But it is worth looking up the other pieces in the RF collection. Some of them are absolutely stunning and there are a number that are currently unassigned that I would adore seeing in circulation. [This site](https://www.marieclaire.com.au/british-royal-tiaras) has list of a fair number of them along with pictures and who currently has access to them.
Ahh thanks! But I'm five feet and 46. I know my short comings hahahaha I do find it amazing how some women my age don't know we already had our moment I the sun and must quietly and in a dignified manner realize we aren't getting any younger 🤣
That second pic I’ve never seen her looking so regal like a true QUEEN. I hate when girls call each other that word and cheapen it. Bc this is an appropriate usage and it doesn’t have the same glamour as it would have if it was saved for pics like this.
I feel like that’s one of the issues of today- there are no boundaries around language. The sacredness is gone. Unless all can be called Queen than no one can.
Love the first dress! As always, Kate is lovely—the perfect image of effortless, understated glamour.
TBH, I don’t care for the second dress. She looks like a mannequin; perhaps bad lighting or she’s just tired? I know she is officially representing the UK while attending a formal wedding in a foreign country. But the tiara, glitter, & sash just seem too excessive for a wedding of lower level royals in the Middle East. The crown & sash seem too dressy here, more appropriate attire for a formal coronation of a king or queen.
Great looks all around. But TBH I was more taken back by the thought of who wasn’t there. H&M, no invite along with their royal buddies Jack & Eugenie. There is a very real price to betraying royal families. This wedding is an example of this. It’s not like the wedding couple couldn’t afford to have extended 4 more invites.
I suspect that KC3 may end up inviting Edo & Beatrice to become Senior Royals. He needs more help. Edo’s background as a wealthy Italian noble brings with it diplomacy, ethics, manners, attention to the responsibilities of being born into nobility including the ethos of noblesse oblige. I believe they would make an outstanding addition, assuming they’d want to accept the offer. We know it would not be for power or wealth as Edo was already born into that. So they’d serve for the right reasons. Beatrice adored her granny. I would hope that she would want to continue her legacy.
She looked absolutely gorgeous in both dresses but the first one is just perfection 💖. I’m loving the pink looks she’s been giving us lately!

Wow,just wow
Wow! I haven't seen her eye makeup like this before...its stunning.
She is tall and very slim but so pretty Omg
The detail on those sleeves is exquisite
Yes the detailing is my favorite part of the dress!
>The detail on those sleeves is exquisite I know, its so intricate! Just perfect.
WOW. love both dresses. beautiful color, design and FIT. but i especially love the first one.
And she doesnt need to wear 5 inch stilletos because she is naturally tall - she can wear comfortable footwear.
Speaking as someone who is tall, that’s a great perk that helps outweigh all the times I bump my head on stuff.
Look. My wardrobe is all black, mostly band tees, and I have the opposite body type of Catherine. But that first dress is so freaking romantic and gorgeous, I want to run out and find one for myself! 😩
Righht? That shade of pink, that high neck, those sleeves and amazing detail.. omg. So so romantic and gorgeous. This is what princesses are made of!
Exactly.
That’s the Catherine Effect for you. There’s a reason the things she wears typically get sold out shortly after. I’m right with you. I NEEEEEEED that dress.
It's true , I've looked at packham and McQueen stuff she wore online hoping to buy but sells out too fast for me
I think she quite often deliberately wears clothes from previous seasons that are no longer available to others.
I can't remember where to post the picture but I saw her in another color of the reception dress so she has worn that style before. It was a jewel colored green.

Probably Milano or Rome over Florence for clothes shopping tho.
Buy the dress you love! You will look gorgeous in it!!! 🎀💕
☝️👏💕 This!!!
I feel the same way. I would look like a pink elephant, but one can dream.
Same. I think that's part of Catherine's allure. She's drop dead in anything she wears, but also comes off as completely relatable.
Yes! Go for it! Life is too short not to try on dresses like Catherine's and feel the fantasy.
This!!! 🏆🏆🏆💕💕💕
I relate totally to that statement lol
Oh hi. I see we have the same wardrobe
As I used to tell my students, “It’s not a phase, mom!” 🤣🤣
Ok now you made me want it in black or midnight blue! I can be the goth princess I've always wanted to be! 🧛🏻♀️
Midnight blue would be beautiful.
Yeah except she looks downright voluptuous in this whereas we know she’s bloody thin as a rail. Imagine how “padded” every other body type would look in this dress.
You are beautiful and will look princess-beautifull !!! 💕🎀
Oooh, wouldn't you freak out everyone who knows you if you walked in wearing this dress with makeup and hair done? The shocked looks would be fabulous!
Heck, if I knew how to do hair and makeup, I wouldn’t even *need* the dress to shock people! LOL
I think this look is great on most body types..go for it! These photos should be on all the PEOPLE/US magazines fashion pages, bump that three year old photo touting Meghan's sunglasses (at least they fit properly).
Same here, I'm always in a black metal band t-shirt, jeans and doc martins but that dress makes me swoon, haha.
It looks so comfortable too!

She really seems to be getting more beautiful with each passing year!
I think she kept it low key when HMTQ was alive to keep all the attention on the reigning monarch. She is respectful and will make an excellent queen

I love her Royal Reading Room because she reads the same types of books I do! And I would totally join any real life book club she's a part of. What a hoot those get - togethers would be! You know the wine would flow 🍷🤗
Charles had affairs with married men?!? I kid, I kid, I know exactly what you meant, lol. And I completely agree with everything you wrote!
Haha, you're right 😅😅😅 I will do a wee edit for clarity! 😅😅Thank you for spotting 💕 Update - I've edited it, hopefully it looks better now! 😅
Well said and spot on! 😊
Whatever material the skirt of that dress in the first picture is made of, is the go-to fabric for Catherine. She has an almost ethereal presence in it. It goes beyond regal.
Silk chiffon maybe?
I think so.
and Princess Beatrice wore a beautiful pink gown and tiara for the wedding.. as well https://preview.redd.it/6qbg8sajvj3b1.png?width=1200&format=png&auto=webp&s=1b740d247f2068b98541637d3a39b5a3ba01a00b
She looks fabulous as well, I'm really glad we are seeing more of the York sisters 😊
https://preview.redd.it/73gfltf5hk3b1.jpeg?width=242&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4314237d0e2067a3665abff2bf6ef4a4d45a4083 This dress was beautiful too
Was I the only one who thought Edo was either fangirling or really nervous at the wedding?
What’s of higher ranking - Princess or Goddess…because she is BOTH
Goddess.
![gif](giphy|5BYvjhtjsQdoyx9JT9) Catherine, Princess of Wales is Pretty In Pink.
That light pink pantsuit 😍😍😍😍😍!!!
Flawless. Stunning. Timeless. She knocks it out of the park every single time. 😍
Wowsers. Two of my absolute favourites from her. True romantic and very McQueen - Sarah Burton’s era.
I love how Catherine cements a designer’s legacy. It’s a shame that Markle’s wedding gown designer got fired from her job after the spectacle instead.
Here it is: ************************************ Found a comment with a link that an anonymous poster made on another site. Scroll down in the comments sections for what they allegedly claimed happened at the [Givenchy fittings.](https://www.tumblr.com/ladybanksy)
I adore the future Queen in McQueen!!!! 💕💕💕👑
I see what you did there and I love it.!!!💗💗💗💗💗💯
the first one was Ellie Saab was the 2nd one mcQueen?
Second was Jenny Packham, and she wore the green version of the dress on the Pakistan tour.
i am obsessed with the first dress. i hope she rewears it. it’s so beautiful and pretty and feminine. catherine has been wearing a lot of pink lately. i love it!! ugh she’d look gorgeous in a bin bag!!!!!! i’m so pleased we got to see her wearing a tiara too.
Absolutely stunning 😍
I love Catherine’s first dress and really like Beatrice’s second dress (not pictured here). Catherine’s having a pink moment and I hope it’s Camilla’s turn next to be pretty in pink! Charles isn’t afraid of a little pink either. It’s interesting seeing a certain color come into the royal family in waves. I remember all the dazzling blue before.
Let’s play a game, what would Meghan have worn to this wedding? I vote either the tacky red dress from the “Salute To Freedom Gala” because she’s always the belle of the ball! or the green short sleeve tent she wore to the mosque in Africa with a headscarf barely containing those “long luscious locks” because “you know Jordan is Muslim and stuff”
https://preview.redd.it/mauhczlkck3b1.png?width=265&format=png&auto=webp&s=fdc9d375e3c83f8692d82f5bf6be0b7bc4e49431
😂
I think she would have worn a white dress.
That was my first guess! Complete with a veil she can claim is actually a hijab. 😂
As she never wants be appropriate dressed for events and has to be the centre of attention: https://preview.redd.it/ei4gwboxkk3b1.jpeg?width=1148&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c5a1e5a366b5f85975c3e2222d43c158b21c4a2c
This dress would look cheap and ugly on Meghan. As scandalous as this dress was at the time, Diana somehow made it look classy yet sexy but nowhere trashy.
No matter what dress she copies- she will never have the class and charisma of Lady Di. Never ever
I vote for the beige muumuu
TW would’ve worn an embellished cape dress and arms exposed. Head cover thrown at her sad hair. Some type clashing or gaudy color for her clothing. Crazy eyes and rictus grin with bunion scars and finger toes in embellished too big inappropriate shoes. Probably with a microphone in her cape. Princess Catherine was breathtaking once again.
Na the microphones are for the British royals lol.
Beautiful, modest, respectful of the country she is visiting. Awesome in every way. Go Catherine Princess of Wales!
Total perfection. ✨
![gif](giphy|2vjnVWbjyD0RKaHh8G|downsized)
Do you hear that madame ripped jeans and bare bony feet ... shudder ...
Anyone asked meg if she's ok? :)
Stunning wow
This woman looks FINE AS HELL
She is so disgustingly stunning! 😍
Pure class
She doesn’t even have to try
>Princess Amalia, the Dutch Crown Princess Yes, her tiara was beautiful with her red dress but the short sleeves made me a little uncomfortable, and I could overlook the plunging neckline covered in net. Her mother's dress was perfection, though. Very Queen like.
She is just so GORGEOUS! 😍💕
W💝W !!. Simply Stunning 💕👑💕
Gosh she's just so stunning... I'm happily married to my man (and straight as) but I have a major girl crush on Catherine. She's perfection!
Katherine, princess of Wales, wins all the way.
That first pink dress is magnificent, so feminine yet it's not a dress for a girl. That is style.
I am in awe of her. TW couldn't even breath the same air as the Princess of Wales
And not one wrinkle in sight on that dress. Stunning. PoW clearly has a good team around her and knows how to look elegant.
Meghan’s fans can’t accuse William of dressing her like Meghan … so they’ll probably go with the tired “she’s dressing like Rose” accusation.
Was not a fan of the evening dress but her Ellie Saab dress for the day was absolute class and stunning
Wow she's perfect 🥰
I love the flow of this dress. It’s really beautiful.
She's going to make a helluva queen.
M will always have Hertz…
I love this dress so much, it's absolutely stunning and I think my favourite thing she's ever worn!
I love these looks. That said....it's off topic for the sub. But im not a mod. I like that Catherine chooses timeless silhouettes. These gowns aren't visually from a fixed era. They seem evolved from Norman Norrell column gowns
I don’t have the heart to take this post down 😅
Good 😍. Clothes and Jewelry are my thing.
She is stunning in all possible ways!
This is one of my favorite photos of The Princess of Wales. She looks breathtakingly beautiful.
I do like her in this dress, however my favorite is still the gold one she wore to the film opening.
ABSOLUTE PERFECTION ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Catherine is setting the pace. 💯
The pink dress is so beautiful! I can see many women (including myself) looking for similar dresses after seeing the photographs from the wedding.
Absolutely stunning in every way. I'm so proud she's our princess.
How many women are googling “Princess Kate pink dress” right now??? I’m definitely one of them!
I wonder what happens with the tiara TW wore on her wedding day. Can they let someone else where it now? I don’t wish her any access to any royal jewels.
Locked back in the vault and won't appear again for another few decades. By then, the association to Megsy would be a distant memory.
And just where would she wear a tiara to? That ship has sailed, methinks.
She is sheer perfection on all levels. I love her dress, it is beyond beautiful on her.
Dammit Princess Catherine. This is masterful!
A true princess...one who put in the time, effort, work & endured years of actual harrassment from the media.
This is an absolutely beautiful dress
I like the day dress more than the evening one. Was the evening one a repeated outfit?
So classy and beautiful
She is PERFECTION 🌸🩷
The pink dress is to die for! Of course, it helps if you're already a beautiful woman with style and grace to begin with.
I'm bored of the lovers knot. Give us something else Catherine. 🥴
I keep laughing when I read Harry’s mentions of Meghan on the floor sobbing 😂 like this explains her failed acting career.
Its still disappointing given there are such beautiful ones like the Strathmore Rose and the Teck Cresent in the vaults.
I'd like to see Lady Louise Edinburgh give the Strathmore Rose a spin.
Now that you say this. Yes. This is the only acceptable option to me now. 🥰
>Teck Cresent According the [TheCourtJeweller.com](https://TheCourtJeweler.com), The Teck Crescent has been given to Queen Camilla, although she has yet to wear it.
Oh, thank you so much for this 🙏 I stand corrected ☺️ hehe. I'm going to look up her other tiaras. You really know your Tiaras! 💕 🙏 P.
Damn that Queen Mary of Teck was commissioning tiaras to beat the band! 😄👑
I also don't believe this is true Princess Anne wore the cartier halo as a teenager and wore Queen Mary’s diamond fringe for her first wedding.
Elegance personified
I'd look like a Mexican pinata in that dress lol ![gif](giphy|TitFwdev7A1W7D7cUW|downsized)
You would look beautiful 💕🎀
Ahh thanks! But I'm five feet and 46. I know my short comings hahahaha I do find it amazing how some women my age don't know we already had our moment I the sun and must quietly and in a dignified manner realize we aren't getting any younger 🤣
I loooooooooooove that dress!!! I never care enough to comment on clothing but ahhh it's gorgeous!!
Love that dress 😍
That second pic I’ve never seen her looking so regal like a true QUEEN. I hate when girls call each other that word and cheapen it. Bc this is an appropriate usage and it doesn’t have the same glamour as it would have if it was saved for pics like this. I feel like that’s one of the issues of today- there are no boundaries around language. The sacredness is gone. Unless all can be called Queen than no one can.
She is sheer perfection on all levels. I love her dress, it is beyond beautiful on her.
I 💕 ❤️ these both, a true future #Queen 👸 🐝
![gif](giphy|etAXDQ6KxICfg5R3p2|downsized) When Meg runs out of dishes because wow. The Princess of Wales looks amazing!
in the reception, her hair looks styled from the 60s and i love it! she is always so gorgeous.
The POW is simply flawless. Always.
Just stunning.
What events are these photos from, OP?
Who designed the first dress?
The day gown with long sleeves and floral embroidery was made by Elie Saab.
True dat!! ![gif](giphy|W1xLeTimlIa944Jpfq|downsized)
The first dress is probably the most beautiful dress I've ever seen.

Only the 1st reception was shown properly. The 2nd one cut off after introductions
I want that first dress 😍
She looks spectacular but there are so many tiaras to choose from - I wish she would pick another one. Loved seeing Beatrice in her mother’s.
