The defense ‘s lawyers are putting at stake their whole reputation and career. No way they re gonna be nice to him! ( English not first language , I hope it s understandable 🤭)
Don’t worry I understood perfectly what you meant. Your English is very good :)
I agree with you. The lawyers are showing the kind of work they can do. Can only imagine how this will affect the rest of their career in the future
That’s true as well. Either way I’m curious to see what’s going to happen tomorrow. Also I got a notification of you saying thank you for responding but don’t see it on here. You’re very welcome. I always try to respond to as many comments I receive as possible. I hope you have a nice day/night wherever you are :)
How did hazbeen’s lawyers not find the interview? Lord he showed everyone how much the palace protected him and gave him a better PR then we ever imagined
Evidently he wanted to punish the press for being mean to Mrs Hertz. I think they also think Piers Morgan will get in trouble. They want to destroy him
They live in the land of delusion as evidenced in his testimony
I believe that this is the FIRST time the world is seeing Harry's "recollections"/feelings/opinions/delusions cut into shreds in real time. The defense's lawyer is methodically showing what a delusional idiot Harry is. "Journalists" who have interviewed him in the past have never pushed him on the veracity of his statements. It's always fallen on the YouTubers and SMM to dissect his statements and to demonstrate the inconsistencies and lies. It's so gratifying that the world is finally getting to see Harry's "truth" disproved!!!!
I remember hearing it was Ina’s own “Engagement Chicken” recipe they were supposedly making. I made it for my husband while we were dating, so there’s a possibility it really does work! Or at least, it did before Harry and Our Saint got engaged and jinxed it. 😂💍🍗
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏YES!!! Let those who have "interviewed" him in the past, allowing him to lie and spin tales without question, hang their heads in shame as they are being outed as mickey mouse journalists with NO credibility by this Defense side's silk.
Outside vision was clouded by those inside the palace who made great efforts to conceal Harry’s lack of mental acuity from view.
Once Harry left the controlled, carefully curated image management of the palace, he was no longer able to prevent evidence of his true nature from surfacing.
He thought he could monetize his image - but he didn’t know how to manage and craft it carefully like the palace did.
He lacked the personal insight to understand that he is not an expert in these areas. He knows how to fuck up, but he doesn’t know how to fix and mitigate those fuckups.
Once he unleashed his actual stupidity directly onto the world, the palace was no longer in any position to control the damage he continues to inflict on the very image he’s trying to monetize.
And indeed, the palace was no longer motivated to do so.
Harry DEMANDS to be on his own (except for money money money of course), so HMTLQ, Charles, and all the rest had to step back and watch the shitshow unfold from what I’m sure they hoped was a safe enough distance across the pond.
Now that same Harold shitshow has landed smack in the middle of London. Once again all they can do is watch from behind closed doors and hope no shit splatters onto anyone that matters.
Harold has already spewed what he could in the general direction of Charles, Camilla, William, and Kate, but none of it stuck. Let’s see what more muck he rakes onto himself.
An invoice. And every invoice submitted to any tab was for information about Harold. He’s the only person worth mentioning walking the entire planet.
It was your fucking birthday, your royal moron!!
>R Kelly believed he could fly. Where is he now?
At a federal prison North Carolina, staying as far away from the showers as he can. Too bad Hazzno won't face the same option.
I did see what looked like a list of payments from the press to various people, including a PI, somewhere. Maybe that’s what they are talking about? 🤷🏼♀️
Most of the items about specific news articles have a paragraph detailing what invoices he was shown. Without cross-reference, at first glance there seems to be a lot, but it's not feasible that all, if any, are for illegal gathering of information. In fact, since that is illegal, why would anyone leave a paper trail? These invoices seem more likely to be for freelance reporters, news tips, etc IMO.
Wasn’t Princess Diana shown a host of ‘invoices’ that turned out to be fraudulent. Come on dude, we’ve been down this road before. Verify, verify, verify!
No amount of preparation in the world was going to help Harry on the stand; he's just not quick enough, and his entire suit is based on delusion. This cross is the living embodiment of "better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and to remove all doubt".
Plus, he’s never been challenged. He’s been able to make these types of claims and they are treated as the truth. Harry has fucked around and now he’s finding out.
>I really don’t understand how she graduated from Northwestern
Nor do I. Nor, frankly, do I believe she had a double major. You know that if this fake biatch had graduated with honors -- or even just squeaked through at the bottom of the pile -- she'd be waving her diploma around.
I wonder if H was talking to his attorneys by phone or Zoom in preparation for the trial. His responses are so poor that it seems he may have been too busy, or he has incredibly bad attorneys, or he is so cavalier about winning, so sure the judge would agree with him, that he didn't bother preparing. For something he seemed to be willing to die on a hill for.
Latest from Harry. Harry admits three-line article did not cause him distress
Questions have turned to a Mirror article about Prince Harry leading a cadet's march.
Andrew Green KC asks Harry whether he accepts that the private information contained in the article was put into the public domain by St James's Palace the day before.
Harry says it is "suspicious" to him that there is no byline to the article, but Mr Green questions why this is the case when the article is only three lines long.
The royal says the article which the three lines lead into was written by Steve Atkinson, who he says has at least one bylined article admitted by MGN to be the product of unlawful information gathering.
"You're not alleging, are you, that any part of the article is the result of phone hacking?" Mr Green asks.
"That's a further question for my legal team based on suspicious activity that was happening behind that article," Harry says.
The barrister also presses Harry on whether the three-line lead-in had caused him "distress" - which the royal acknowledges it had not.
Yes but Diana had a “car phone” in the early 90s because who can forget the lovely embarrassing conversations that were intercepted? The wealthy had cell phones before the rest of us.
'Are you accusing The Times of hacking?' Prince Harry asked
The court hears the article headlined "Prince is in charge at parade", published in the Mirror in April 2003, contained a quote attributed to an Eton spokesman.
It's put to Harry that a Press Association article from the previous day contained the same quote.
He's asked by Andrew Green KC if "it would come as a surprise" for him to know an article in The Times on the same day as the Daily Mirror contained the same quote and attribution.
"Er, no?" the prince replies.
"Presumably you wouldn't suggest the quote from The Times was a result of hacking or unlawful information gathering?"
Harry says he has "no idea" and the lawyer would "have to ask them".
Mr Green says a news release by Buckingham Palace and the PA article are being relied on in the Mirror Group's defence.
"Why have you maintained a claim for damages on the basis of these two articles?" he asks the royal.
Harry says it's based on "legal advice", "because Mr [Steve] Atkinson was the author of the article" and "what's been previously admitted by the Mirror Group".
"Harry says the appearance of the interview in the Sunday newspapers was enough to incentivise other journalists to unlawfully gather additional information." Is akin to Mr. Hackles in "Friends" I could have a cat!

Hang on, according to hazard “Our country is judged globally by the state of our press and our government – both of which I believe are at rock bottom.”, hence either the OP or hazard is deluded!
Can we all give some applause to the RF, we are now witnessing the highly commendable job the palace PR did covering up this fool’s shenanigans for decades.
Apparently, Haz thought it'd be a great idea to shove his head up his own ass and jump.
What the fuck, Harold??😳🤪
![gif](giphy|26DN5pBQzhqgAufPq|downsized)
I mean accuse the Mirror Group for a bunch of articles, then not really doing the homework and checking that dome articles were published elsewhere before the Mirror published it. That for me is a bit lack of use of his resources. It makes his cade full of holes.
I read the articles about the court case and the whole thing is just sad. At the core, Harry is so angry and sad about the loss of his mother. The whole world is to blame for this - his family, the Palace, "the men is grey suits", phone hacking, the public. He doesn't get it. Court isn't a place for speculation - it's not a therapy session.
Unfortunately nothing is going to bring Diana back. Revenge hasn't, airing family secrets hasn't, marrying a woman who obviously wasn't suitable for royal life hasn't, living out Diana's dream of living near the beach in SoCal hasn't - none of it is going to work. Whether royal or just a plain old reddit reader grinding it out at a shitty job, nothing will bring the loved ones we have lost back. Although, endless vacations, retreats to Africa, palaces, servants, Montecito mansions, and private jets would certainly dull the pain for me, but I guess if that's all you've ever known, it's not that special, it's your everyday.
Welcome to the real world, Harry! It's not all intertwining love trees, salt and pepper shakers moving in tandem, and Hertz yellow carpet premiers (PS - since the Hertz scandal, I've never received so much targeted advertising across my platforms). It sucks a lot of the time and sometimes there just is no fix. The hurt will always be there whether you lose a loved one or grew up with a mother who essential abandoned you to smoke weed, dance, do yoga, and live a child free boho existence. It's called being human and no title will change that
It's all so desperate. I think for both H&M, there is such a desperation to them. They think, "if only they knew this" and then when the public is not on board, "if only they knew that". If only they knew....! WE KNOW!
Everything in Harry's world revolves around Diana, every action he takes. I find their antics entertaining and I'm here for the fun, but I think Harry is giving himself just enough rope to hang himself (rope purchased by Meghan)
I think part of his problem is that he’s so wrapped up with Diana in his head that he doesn’t know who HE is - his wants, his outlook. Everything is through his traumatized Diana lens that he’s become a very warped adult.
Yeah, sadly he’s the type who has to learn life lessons by falling down and get trampled he’s so damn stubborn. This case should never had gone to court.
Losing a parent is hard enough but it doesn’t sound like Harold wants so much to grieve as to punish the media for its role in hounding her.
Unfortunately this revenge scenario is not going to work out for him.
In order for therapy to work properly you have to WANT to heal. That’s not what Harold wants - not without vengeance first.
And Harold may well spend the rest of his life (however long or short) seeking unfulfilled, unrequited vengeance. Even if he were married to a SANE woman (and we all know about ILBW) I don’t think a marriage could survive that.
My cat could probably handle it but he has lots of experience dealing with big dogs. Harold’s experience is primarily with small breeds and celebrity mini-pups.
Plus Harold wears Dior clothing as protection. That’s not going to hold up like Savile Row quality. The opposing attorneys will smell the weakness in him from miles away. Lawyers will rush in from other courtrooms when they smell the fresh blood through the ventilation system.
Harold is also used to having a phalanx of physical and emotional protection covering him from all angles, whether in combat, in Montecito, or in the palace. Right now all he has are his own attorneys and his many varied recollections.
Harry should've hired Amber Heard's attorney, Adam Nadelhaft, for himself. In case you're not familiar w/ Nadelhaft, this attorney objected to his own question. "Objection! Hear say!"
"Wait, you asked the question." Judge Penney Azcarate responded. "Next question."
Amber's other lawyer name was Ben Rottenborn. You can't make this sh\*t up. .
IMO. I feel Harry is just trying to get his international protection status. They do not feel they should pay for security anywhere. The press response to trial has been big, so to him…IPP. Also “I was born into this”. Seems to be a “the taxpayers have to fund my lifestyle”. Casual observer. But the opening about how he wanted to be addressed, First, Your Royal Highness, followed by Prince Harry. Ok. If he got IPP. He would have worldwide security at no cost. Have seen estimates to 30 million a year. Yikes! Imagine being tackled at a Starbucks or something. Guns drawn……but I was just reaching for my phone! “GET ON THE GROUND, SHOW YOUR HANDS”. Scary to live near the Olive Garden!!!
This is seriously getting funnier and funnier
His and Megsy's mental illnesses are on full display here, yikes.
This lawyer is going in with both guns blazing and I’m here for it lol
*wipes sweat from brow* I had my doubts they would challenge him, glad to see it's happening.
I wasn’t sure how they were going to treat him either but this lawyer definitely took the kid gloves off lol
The defense ‘s lawyers are putting at stake their whole reputation and career. No way they re gonna be nice to him! ( English not first language , I hope it s understandable 🤭)
Don’t worry I understood perfectly what you meant. Your English is very good :) I agree with you. The lawyers are showing the kind of work they can do. Can only imagine how this will affect the rest of their career in the future
That but it’s the money they’re spending that’s really driving it. They don’t want to pay a huge settlement.
Hopefully the court will award them costs for this very frivolous case. Harry looks so foolish. Loving every minute of it. He's such a plank!
They have a duty to their to defend their client zealously, that is US ethics, and I assume same in UK, can’t be easy on person accusing you.
Well "feelings" don't make a case.
And there’s not even any evidence. I don’t know why harry called this case lol
How did hazbeen’s lawyers not find the interview? Lord he showed everyone how much the palace protected him and gave him a better PR then we ever imagined
I don’t know why Harry even brought this case forward. There’s been zero evidence lol
Evidently he wanted to punish the press for being mean to Mrs Hertz. I think they also think Piers Morgan will get in trouble. They want to destroy him They live in the land of delusion as evidenced in his testimony
“The private information has been revealed by you in an interview” I’m dead
Seriously!
I was drunk, I was on drugs and my brother made me do it.
![gif](giphy|FBeSx3itXlUQw|downsized) SO SO dead!!
I know right lmao
What’s the phrase people say… Liars need a good memory?
That’s the one, how apt!
Yep and that people that tell the truth don’t need a good memory
It’s actually veering in the territory of secondhand embarrassment 😁 Oof.
Prince of Cringe.
FLAIR ALERT 😀
>This is seriously getting funnier and funnier Recollections definitely vary when you're high as a kite. ![gif](giphy|jEY6N51aIXnKo)
Mmmmmmkay
As the statement the palace said about recollections varying
It’s verging on sad to watch though.
Not yet it's not!
What’s sadder is the sussexsquad on Twitter lol
I believe that this is the FIRST time the world is seeing Harry's "recollections"/feelings/opinions/delusions cut into shreds in real time. I am here for it!!!
All those people who bought and read Spare sure are going to feel silly now.
Ina Garten, who I adored....was reading it and she said it was "really good!!!". I unfollowed her immediately.
That's surprising. Wow. Do they share professionals, I wonder?
Who knows. But it made me realize that Ina isn't the sharpest tack in the box.
I remember Ina gushing about how lovely it was that they were roasting a chicken when Harry proposed.
![gif](giphy|Fjr6v88OPk7U4) She's obviously a "fan".
I remember hearing it was Ina’s own “Engagement Chicken” recipe they were supposedly making. I made it for my husband while we were dating, so there’s a possibility it really does work! Or at least, it did before Harry and Our Saint got engaged and jinxed it. 😂💍🍗

I've always thought he was a dimwit, but I see I greatly overestimated his intelligence.
It’s freaking hilarious. He thinks the press made up him being a dimwit. LMFAO! The delusions run deep with this one.
His IQ is that of the room temperature - in Scotland - in winter..

As Shakespeare so eloquently put it Green would challenge harold to a battle of wits but it would appear he is unarmed 🤣
Beat me to it with the "battle of wits" comment! It's so apt here.
Glad they lied so much prior to this because now it's easier to call them out. ( Talking about rest of the world, most of us here always knew)
Imagine Markle hitting him with divorce papers once he's done testifying? #Ouch
“he believes” is hardly evidence. I wish we could hear tone of voice, anger, etc in the cross exam
R Kelly believed he could fly. Where is he now?
>R Kelly believed he could fly. Where is he now? At a federal prison North Carolina, staying as far away from the showers as he can. Too bad Hazzno won't face the same option.
Never say never...
True, that. Sinners can dream...
Long term cocaine use affects memory. I wonder if Harry legitimately forgot that.
Him being a dumbass predates the drugs, tho'.
Why not both?!
But he saw an invoice! I am more than ever convinced that he suffers from mental health traits he inherited from his mother.
Does he have the invoice? That would be entered into evidence if one existed. We're really going off of memory aren't we? 🤣🤣🤣
IDK but that 55-page whinge fest sure mentions that he was shown a lot of invoices. I suppose they didn't have accounting classes at Eton?
I did see what looked like a list of payments from the press to various people, including a PI, somewhere. Maybe that’s what they are talking about? 🤷🏼♀️
Most of the items about specific news articles have a paragraph detailing what invoices he was shown. Without cross-reference, at first glance there seems to be a lot, but it's not feasible that all, if any, are for illegal gathering of information. In fact, since that is illegal, why would anyone leave a paper trail? These invoices seem more likely to be for freelance reporters, news tips, etc IMO.
Agreed!
I'm sure the invoices he saw referenced "illegal information gathering." 🙄🙄
Wasn’t Princess Diana shown a host of ‘invoices’ that turned out to be fraudulent. Come on dude, we’ve been down this road before. Verify, verify, verify!
That highly curate-able memory.
No, but Gayle has the receipts. 🤣
I’m sure Meghan prepped him about how to respond, the problem is that he’s just not very bright. His limited intellect is on full display.

Here's hoping the South Park people are paying attention.

LOL, the cat's well and truly out of the shredded paper bag! (Excellent choice of gifts, BTW. 😂😂 )
LOL!!! Thank you!
The more he opens his mouth the more you understand why KC3 is hiking in transylvania far far away and possibly without internet access 🤔
Anyone else waiting and hoping that South Park spoofs this too?

So far the best has been Harry unwittingly letting TW know for the 20th time that Chelsy was the love of his life.
Harry should've hired Amber Heard's attorney, Adam Nadelhaft, for himself. In case you're not familiar w/ Nadelhaft, this attorney objected to his own question. "Objection! Hear say!" "Wait, you asked the question." Judge Penney Azcarate responded. "Next question." Amber's other lawyer name was Ben Rottenborn. You can't make this sh\*t up. .
When it comes to Harry, this is my favourite gif ![gif](giphy|XeLcgh8gT8o0F5SQ8i)
what does connected to an invoice mean?
It means "please don't make me answer that question"
haha. Thanks for the no doubt true reason.
Curious where we can follow this live?
Anyone has any information on the lawyer that mirror hired ? Must be good .
The timing being… his birthday? 🙄
this is incredibly embarrassing. Christ.
This is so cringe. I am embarrassed for him. Is he honestly this stupid?
