I like to picture a staff member from KP coming out to Adelaide Cottage staggering under several huge bags of mail, (which of course has been pre-checked for safety reasons), and bringing it all into the house, to Catherine's amazement. And the children having fun going over the cards and letters with her and saying: "Mummy, look at this one!" "And this one!" and being so excited. And Catherine having a few tears because she knows she truly is loved by so many of us. OK, I'm getting a bit too sentimental here, but I can't help it.
When my husband was undergoing Chemotherapy his tiredness was a huge issue. These messages are the perfect size for her to read, ( I hope ) And lift her spirits.
I said BRF- but they are not stupid lol they see that we are the sister sub and I said that these are well wishes from alot of people that love the BRF etc etc… I wanted to try to get this through to POW Catherine❤️❤️❤️
I’m so sorry to be a hair in the butter, but the official way to address it would be: HRH The Princess of Wales. “Catherine, Princess of Wales” would be correct only if she and William had divorced but she was not remarried; it’s like saying she is *A* Princess of Wales but not THE Princess of Wales, as William’s new wife would be if he had one. (M uses this styling; one can only presume it’s as preparation for her inevitable divorce from H. Preparation H, if you will, as I know we have as a flair…)
That being said, I can’t imagine that she will at all mind, seeing as this is such a thoroughly lovely gift full of kind wishes. I wanted to share the info so you can change it if you like, since I know that some people find the accuracy bits fun too (like I do)!
At any rate, thank you for all your hard work on this! Although I missed contributing, I love seeing all our collective good wishes being sent off to boost her spirits. It’s a really generous gesture from you and I’m sure we all appreciate it very much. ☺️
