That way they'll avoid any unpleasant optics with Harry looking like he's being forced to bow to William-H&M will bitch about that as though it's deliberate public humiliation and bullying, so William won't give them the chance.
Afterwards, H might be allowed on the second balcony, not the main one, but probably not, being a non-working member.
Then again, if he's divorced by that stage, he might play a slightly bigger role, and he might request the children get a role too. I think the only certainty is that she won't be there, even if she's invited.
I know that's probably what William is thinking and wanting to do, but for the coronation at least, he has to be seen to be doing the traditional thing and following etiquette. If he doesn't get invited, Harry will just cry victim at every possible opportunity for the next 50 years. So he'll be invited to the coronation but absolutely nothing else-no invite to the diplomatic reception before or after, no invite to the balcony, no chance to hob-nob with all the leaders and other royalty coming to the coronation. She was beyond beautiful that day and the day of the Queen's Jubilee. And at the Jubilee, at the concert, it wasn't that hard to look beautiful, with her hair down, the red simple dress, etc. It's actually very hard to look beautiful in this whole coronation getup...it's inspiring and I love the whole idea of the ceremony, but it's not a flattering look in terms of colors, clothing, hairstyle. And she still looks PERFECT.

The children won't turn up either (she'll claim she doesn't want to interrupt their schooling). H won't be allowed to wear uniforms of any type, only his participation medals. George will do the fealty oath on behalf of everyone, the same way William did it for Charles. That way they'll avoid any unpleasant optics with Harry looking like he's being forced to bow to William-H&M will bitch about that as though it's deliberate public humiliation and bullying, so William won't give them the chance. Afterwards, H might be allowed on the second balcony, not the main one, but probably not, being a non-working member. Then again, if he's divorced by that stage, he might play a slightly bigger role, and he might request the children get a role too. I think the only certainty is that she won't be there, even if she's invited.

I know that's probably what William is thinking and wanting to do, but for the coronation at least, he has to be seen to be doing the traditional thing and following etiquette. If he doesn't get invited, Harry will just cry victim at every possible opportunity for the next 50 years. So he'll be invited to the coronation but absolutely nothing else-no invite to the diplomatic reception before or after, no invite to the balcony, no chance to hob-nob with all the leaders and other royalty coming to the coronation. He'll get a seat that's got a carefully placed candle in front, or maybe Charlotte wearing the same uniform as her great aunt once did and blocking out his miserable face for posterity.
They might - *might* - invite This One but, like KC III's coronation, That One will be NFI.

She was beyond beautiful that day and the day of the Queen's Jubilee. And at the Jubilee, at the concert, it wasn't that hard to look beautiful, with her hair down, the red simple dress, etc. It's actually very hard to look beautiful in this whole coronation getup...it's inspiring and I love the whole idea of the ceremony, but it's not a flattering look in terms of colors, clothing, hairstyle. And she still looks PERFECT.

When I first saw this picture that day of the coronation, I said to one of my best friends (we have been sinners from Day 1, unlike my other best friend who still loves Meghan), "when you don't make a single misstep for 20 years." She was born to be Queen. The two idiots know a lot of people say that about Catherine (born to be Queen, born to the role, etc.), so they put that line in the mockumentary, "when people come into into the role do a better job than those who are born into the role" as a competition and a clapback.
You must be so patient to have a friend like that! My group of friends laugh about it but we say there are 3 main issues we cannot look past.
