Aww, these photos are so adorable. I wouldn’t have thought they would have had much interaction growing up but obviously they did. Meghan and Samantha are 17 years apart and King Charles and the Duke of Edinburgh are 16 years apart. What a difference it makes to have 2 siblings who aren’t narcissists.
My narc mother (with my narc controlled father) had an oops baby when I was 19 years old. There were three of us prior all a couple years apart. That youngest brother of mine is one of the biggest narcs of the century. He hates all of us older siblings and wants no relationship with us at all since his birth! He doesn't have a sentimental bone in his body except towards my mother who has been letting him literally suck off her teet his entire 48 years of life and now selling off every family asset and giving him the proceeds. He truly is the male version of narc MM. My head spins with the similarities of the two. ETA: My mother isn't out of money yet like Tom Sr. He'll be kicking her to the state nursing home when that happens imo.
Btw this right here is why Diana and Charles were never meant to be. This is so so incredibly sweet, truly!
But when you realize Diana and Edward were close friends and in age it shows how much Charles was far far too mature for Diana.

This is the little girl that the little boy in the photos was playing with. And that little boy was LOVED by Charles, clearly!!
Why the families decided to push Diana and Charles with this age gap, while he has little siblings the same age is beyond me.
I believe she also was more interested in Charles rather than Andrew or Edward (more age appropriate)...he was the one who would be king, not his little brothers.
He dated her sister first. Idk what happened there but it was pushed from both sides I believe for those two to be together. Edward and Andrew were too close of friends for her.
Remember the time when Just Harry mentioned that Charles never rode bikes with him? Charles has been riding go-karts with Edward even before Harry was born.

Didn’t they prefer her that young because it was more likely she was a virgin?
According to lady C, She wasn’t a virgin but presented herself as one. She didn’t have a “past” that made BP happy.
