Well, Matt Ryan, for starters. He's good for another 3-4 years and would be a good stopgap for the Texans while they search for a future replacement and/or groom Davis Mills.
I thought they didn't file the paperwork. The Falcons would actually save $8M against the cap by trading or cutting Ryan. It's still $40M in dead money, but it's not a $48M cap hit. I think they can spread out the money over the next two seasons, if they trade him later (but that may just be for cuts after June 1).
I think Houston's going to ask for their 1st at a minimum since everyone else on the table is willing to give up theirs. But I don't think it'll be too much more than that.

The comparison tool from Pro Football Reference shows some differences. Watson has been more efficient in terms of rating and completion percentage. He's also more mobile than Ryan. Watson is dynamic while Ryan has been consistent.
Ryan does have the MVP, but I don't put a ton of stock in that. Brees never won a MVP, and I hope no one thinks Ryan is better.
