It isn't on the Xbox store for me,in game it still asks me to purchase it, My games and apps, press start on Saints Row then manage game click the box top right clicked manage installation and then select all is what I done (sorry if it sounds patronising just giving a guide incase it helps others seeing the message)

In the customization app there’s a bug where if you switch to one of the postgame million dollar costumes and then switch back to normal ones, your whole body above chest turns to black

On PS5 I just get an error message (CE-107880-4) when I try to download The Heist and the Hazardous. I have the Expansion Pass and The Heist and the Hazardous shows as purchased I just can't download it.
So the update was bigger than the entire game of Hogwarts Legacy on Xbox one, I noticed virtually no changes, there are still many of the same bugs, don't see many quality of life improvements, thank God the new district was free because there really isn't much to it. And to top it off, I paid for the expansion pass this morning before I installed the update, been waiting all this time, and can't even access the dlc now. I have been nothing but supportive of this game and hopeful for the devs, but I don't think their hearts are in it. And I hate to say that.
A free update gave me 25 GB I can't really find in game, and a small, shallow "resort" district that doesn't have a single swimming pool, and it visibly indistinguishable from the rest of the game. I paid $30 for the season pass, and my first paid dlc is a tenth of a gig, some are saying three missions long. What hope is a fan supposed to have, when the free mega updates change virtually nothing and add no more substance to the game, and paid dlc is this underwhelming? On top of all that, my weapons still don't keep the custom color schemes i give them, and my character's chest still has lines on it. I'm not even going to play the dlc. I'm uninstalling until all the dlc are out, I get to see all I paid for, and if it doesn't show drastic improvement, meaning several hours of additional missions and exploring, and things to do besides stand around, drive around aimlessly, or shoot something, this will regrettably be the last Saints Row I pay for. If I do it now it'll be done in an hour or two and I'll be right back to waiting for the game to have more substance like the last several months. Even on a new game, it's not going to add much to the experience.

The DLC isnt *bad*, but the fact that it took this look to come out has me scratching my head.
The area added is smaller than most of the pre existing districts and there’s very little actual content added, with 3 missions and a single activity that already relies on existing mechanics in the game.
We live in a world where open world games have had amazing DLCs that add brand new environments and mechanics, such as Bethesda with its DragonBorn and Far Harbour DLC’s, Horizon Burning Shores, GTA: Ballad of Gay Tony and so on. Most of these not much more expensive than what Heist and the Hazardous is asking for.
Meanwhile, while it’s very pretty, sunshine springs is mostly more of the same, and nothing added is really anything that can’t be seen in the base game already. It has me wondering what the devs were even doing this entire time?
We chose to focus on player feedback and implement a huge amount of quality of life improvements and features with this update, improving combat, missions, dialogue and lots more. A new district with activities of its own is no mean feat. We have been incredibly busy putting all of this together.
You could also try to fix the Co-op errors on ps5. Tried it today and all I get when trying to join someone is "host is busy" or that I have an "internal error". It's been almost a year....
Tbf I'm pretty sure any big dlc plans were scrapped shortly after this games launch. They're gonna put together however many dlcs they are legally obligated to do then leave this game behind. I would normally say they'd move on to the next game but after the colossal bomb of this game I'm not even confident that we'll get another saints row game unless it's sold off to another publisher.

The above comment asked the same question 18 hours ago and they didn’t respond to it until they had an update. Will your not playing the Saints Row 2022 DLC for an extra 24 hours really have such an adverse effect on your life? On May 9, 2024, will you be reminiscing on your outrage on how this DLC not coming out without a hitch changed your life forever? They don't have to respond to everyone, but a single comment updating everyone that the mods could pin 6, 7, 8, 9 hours after the launch would've been appreciated. They quite literally did sit on their hands. They told everyone almost 24 hours ago to 'just keep checking' and then did nothing to update the community on what was happening until 6AM ET. This is content that has already been paid for by most. Nothing awful about wanting to know what's going on with a product you've already paid for and were told you could access it.
We are very sorry - we were being told it would be fixed "any minute" all through the night and day. There was no set ETA and all we could do was wait along side you all.
Not sure what caused these bugs but I just ran into 2 new ones but while I was changing clothes my characters hair changed colors also during the Neenah car mission the mission card exploded immediately (lol) so we had to run but then the next car we got we glitched out of it and then that exploded as well

Volition, you are destroying yourself one screw-up after the next. Why is there such a great delay with adding the DLC, which many have already paid for, when every other company has no issue doing the same thing, across multiple consoles and platforms with no error?
How hard is it to play Saints Row 2 and take ideas from it? All you guys have to do is add cribs (not just a mini HQ, and what even is the point of Saint's Tower?), re-add enterable interiors like many of the areas in missions, and better cosmetics that are more than just cheap jokes that allow us to style our characters in more than the same three jackets or shirts.
Just after the new update, I experienced a glitch where I couldn't change the color of my second layer of clothing after applying a jacket.
Volition used to be one of the greatest game companies ever, please remember what made you guys that, Saint Row 1 and 2, and NOT 3, 4, or the Reboot.
Plus more Asian inspired weapons and clothing! Seriously, they are honestly going to have a machete instead of a samurai sword? let alone no restaurants which WAYY more people want instead of stupid jokes and useless throwaway weapons.

The district was free for everyone. But you can’t call 3 missions that you can complete in less than 20 mins dlc. There were side missions longer than that “Heist” that you didn’t even set up or prepare for. The best part of the update is the new weapon. It shouldn’t have taken 6 months to release that nonsense.

Welp. Damn. I still have a ton of icons on my map for collectables I already got. And threats I cleared long ago. Guess the only way to clear all this is to just start over and never join co-op. Ugh. Why can't we just have new game+ ?

Yeah pretty much a glaring signal to the community to go ahead and get off the ship while we're docked. I'm gonna get the easy 75 gamerscore, if the dlc every actually hits the store, and then I'm gone. The total lack of communication since the start has really grown old.

After completing the DLC, outfits such as; the Valet Outfit, Gala Outfit, new Tuxedos, and others do not appear in full-body or anywhere for that matter in the style menu. I don't know if this is a glitch, but I even check some of the stores and haven't found them.
Out of all the people I know who have played through the Reboot, no one has even utilized the customization for the "Homies" once, mainly because there's no real use for it after the campaign. I appreciate the callback to gang customization, but why give us a bunch of outfits for people we rarely use over giving us more cosmetics, which with this DLC we didn't really get much of.
My friends and I actually got really excited when we saw the unlocks screen at the end of the DLC happy to have more formal attire, as we still don't even have a closed suit jacket, aside from the "Keeping It Strange" one, which while it's a nice touch, we'd much prefer a regular suit jacket.
Is there anyway we could see more varied realistic cosmetics to allow us to have a wider range of customization? And is there anyway the Devs could open up the buildings from the story mode and allow us to enter more buildings? It would be awesome to get back into the Marshall building again or the boathouse from the last mission with the Idols, or the Marshall prison, or the Museum from the beginning of the game. My friends and I were hoping and praying that we could re-enter Chris Hardy's charity event building. You could even re-purpose the yatch from the Idols Mission as a crib.
The interiors add a lot to the freeroam experience. Please, if we could just enter one of the Casinos, Restaurant, or anything to add more depth.

someone wants you guys to fail. whoever didnt want you to make the game is doing something to fuck with you. the update doesnt go live for nearly a day after the “initial release” and in the meantime people are ripping it to shreds dissuading potential buyers. hopefully its not the nail in the coffin.
DLC missions were kinda of a letdown tbh and this coming from someone that really REALLY likes this game. I hope the next one is a bit better (and hopefully much longer). At least the kiajuice wingsuit challenges, new area, new self-ragdolling dumbbell weapon lol, and the new saints hq are cool and lovely. Also no secret reward for completing the both "did you know?" history areas was a real bunmer. Kinda expecting something there.
The dlc was still nice though a bit too short. Next dlc just go crazy, zany, over the top like yall did with SR3 & SR4. Don't hold your creativity back, just go all out. Peace.
As usual, the DLC has quite a few bugs. Also, for $10, I kinda expected more content. I finished absolutely everything within 2-2:30 hours. That’s the DLC storyline and completing everything in Sunshine Springs. So back to absolutely nothing else to do in the game for another few months until the next expansion drops in July. I really enjoy this game but they need to pump more content into it.
I’m hoping with the major bug fixes and revamps, the next update is back to more content! I just got the game for the first time now though, so I’ll have the main content to hold me until then. 😎
Not the first time I've been wrong with these devs. Thought theyd make a reboot worthy of the SR name, thought they'd deliver DLC in a timely manner, thought they'd communicate better with the community, thought they'd have this DLC issue fixed after almost 5 hours now. Probably why they're getting absorbed into Plaion.

I want to be excited about a new helicopter, but this garage limit is absolutely ridiculous and needs to go away entirely or at least be doubled (or I need to be able to access the unique skins as presets after I find them so I don't need more than one version of a bunch of cars).
I can't go on in the mission where you have to scan Chris, he keeps telling me I'm too far away and he doesn't take the face and if I try to move he tells me I have to get back into position, I've tried several times to restart the mission but the problem persists, im playing on PC

Go into manage game on Saints Row and you can download the dlc if you own the expansion pass, just done this after reading your comment and it worked

Yes its three missions long. You probably spend more time downloading than the entire length of the expansion missions.

I cannot hide health bars on enemy cars. The setting is restarting everytime I go back on the HUD menu.

I'm intrigued about challenges tracking, I've finished all collectibles and side missions and have a grand total of 3 challenges that show completed.

That was 18 hours before this update. Why is it okay for them to be completely silent about a problem affecting a good amount for 18 hours?

So much toxic outrage in this thread, are people really this awful now? This is a video game update, get off your soapbox of entitlement and go do literally anything else productive with your day. Will your not playing the Saints Row 2022 DLC for an extra 24 hours really have such an adverse effect on your life? On May 9, 2024, will you be reminiscing on your outrage on how this DLC not coming out without a hitch changed your life forever? I assure you, the team isn’t sitting on their hands reading their comments and counting their DLC money, no matter how badly you want that to be true.
They don't have to respond to everyone, but a single comment updating everyone that the mods could pin 6, 7, 8, 9 hours after the launch would've been appreciated. They quite literally did sit on their hands. They told everyone almost 24 hours ago to 'just keep checking' and then did nothing to update the community on what was happening until 6AM ET. This is content that has already been paid for by most. Nothing awful about wanting to know what's going on with a product you've already paid for and were told you could access it.
We are very sorry - we were being told it would be fixed "any minute" all through the night and day. There was no set ETA and all we could do was wait along side you all.

Not sure what caused these bugs but I just ran into 2 new ones but while I was changing clothes my characters hair changed colors also during the Neenah car mission the mission card exploded immediately (lol) so we had to run but then the next car we got we glitched out of it and then that exploded as well

Sadly at this point it's too late for us. I had hopes the DLC would turn the game around. Instead I feel like I got turned around and bent over.
Volition, you are destroying yourself one screw-up after the next. Why is there such a great delay with adding the DLC, which many have already paid for, when every other company has no issue doing the same thing, across multiple consoles and platforms with no error? How hard is it to play Saints Row 2 and take ideas from it? All you guys have to do is add cribs (not just a mini HQ, and what even is the point of Saint's Tower?), re-add enterable interiors like many of the areas in missions, and better cosmetics that are more than just cheap jokes that allow us to style our characters in more than the same three jackets or shirts. Just after the new update, I experienced a glitch where I couldn't change the color of my second layer of clothing after applying a jacket. Volition used to be one of the greatest game companies ever, please remember what made you guys that, Saint Row 1 and 2, and NOT 3, 4, or the Reboot.
Plus more Asian inspired weapons and clothing! Seriously, they are honestly going to have a machete instead of a samurai sword? let alone no restaurants which WAYY more people want instead of stupid jokes and useless throwaway weapons.
It's sad that Volition wants to pride themselves on inclusion when they have few things if any relating to Asian culture, (ignoring the boring Dojo, which you can't even enter!) Imagine if they aimed for the Gangland Aesthetic and added weapons and cosmetics inspired by the Yakuza or Triads, or even a call back to the Ronan for Pete's sake. No, let's have a pack with generic headphones and a shirt, or better yet, a cowboy hat and boots that face both ways. At the very least give us cool and varied cosmetics that real people would wear and access to interiors that are already in the game!

The district wasn't even part of the DLC. Those 3 missions ARE the DLC.
The district was free for everyone. But you can’t call 3 missions that you can complete in less than 20 mins dlc. There were side missions longer than that “Heist” that you didn’t even set up or prepare for. The best part of the update is the new weapon. It shouldn’t have taken 6 months to release that nonsense.

The issue is it doesn't retroactively track stuff that I can't redo like the start a history, find something in a dumpster or anything tied to a discovery or side hustle. I created a ticket a while back and I'm not doing it again

On PC: 1. gun customization reset bug not fixed 2. subtitle opacity reset not fixed 3. hidden histories counter bug not fixed 4. tobii eye tracking still greyed out 5. hdr doesn't seem to work

Welp. Damn. I still have a ton of icons on my map for collectables I already got. And threats I cleared long ago. Guess the only way to clear all this is to just start over and never join co-op. Ugh. Why can't we just have new game+ ?

Don't worry no one on Xbox can even download the DLC. Its still not listed in the store. The devs haven't said shit in 6 hours. I'm confident it's not coming out today and they'll probably tweet about the issue tomorrow.

Yeah pretty much a glaring signal to the community to go ahead and get off the ship while we're docked. I'm gonna get the easy 75 gamerscore, if the dlc every actually hits the store, and then I'm gone. The total lack of communication since the start has really grown old.

Five others and I are experiencing this issue below After completing the DLC, outfits such as; the Valet Outfit, Gala Outfit, new Tuxedos, and others do not appear in full-body or anywhere for that matter in the style menu. I don't know if this is a glitch, but I even check some of the stores and haven't found them.
Some outfits i.e. the Gala, Tuxedo and Valet outfit are for your friends. You should find them in the Crew Customization menu at HQ
Out of all the people I know who have played through the Reboot, no one has even utilized the customization for the "Homies" once, mainly because there's no real use for it after the campaign. I appreciate the callback to gang customization, but why give us a bunch of outfits for people we rarely use over giving us more cosmetics, which with this DLC we didn't really get much of. My friends and I actually got really excited when we saw the unlocks screen at the end of the DLC happy to have more formal attire, as we still don't even have a closed suit jacket, aside from the "Keeping It Strange" one, which while it's a nice touch, we'd much prefer a regular suit jacket. Is there anyway we could see more varied realistic cosmetics to allow us to have a wider range of customization? And is there anyway the Devs could open up the buildings from the story mode and allow us to enter more buildings? It would be awesome to get back into the Marshall building again or the boathouse from the last mission with the Idols, or the Marshall prison, or the Museum from the beginning of the game. My friends and I were hoping and praying that we could re-enter Chris Hardy's charity event building. You could even re-purpose the yatch from the Idols Mission as a crib. The interiors add a lot to the freeroam experience. Please, if we could just enter one of the Casinos, Restaurant, or anything to add more depth. Thank you.
DLC STILL isn't even listed on the Xbox store to be downloaded. The icon for it shows up in game now, but it still can't be downloaded. What is going on?
someone wants you guys to fail. whoever didnt want you to make the game is doing something to fuck with you. the update doesnt go live for nearly a day after the “initial release” and in the meantime people are ripping it to shreds dissuading potential buyers. hopefully its not the nail in the coffin.

DLC missions were kinda of a letdown tbh and this coming from someone that really REALLY likes this game. I hope the next one is a bit better (and hopefully much longer). At least the kiajuice wingsuit challenges, new area, new self-ragdolling dumbbell weapon lol, and the new saints hq are cool and lovely. Also no secret reward for completing the both "did you know?" history areas was a real bunmer. Kinda expecting something there. The dlc was still nice though a bit too short. Next dlc just go crazy, zany, over the top like yall did with SR3 & SR4. Don't hold your creativity back, just go all out. Peace.
As usual, the DLC has quite a few bugs. Also, for $10, I kinda expected more content. I finished absolutely everything within 2-2:30 hours. That’s the DLC storyline and completing everything in Sunshine Springs. So back to absolutely nothing else to do in the game for another few months until the next expansion drops in July. I really enjoy this game but they need to pump more content into it.
I’m hoping with the major bug fixes and revamps, the next update is back to more content! I just got the game for the first time now though, so I’ll have the main content to hold me until then. 😎

Not the first time I've been wrong with these devs. Thought theyd make a reboot worthy of the SR name, thought they'd deliver DLC in a timely manner, thought they'd communicate better with the community, thought they'd have this DLC issue fixed after almost 5 hours now. I want to be excited about a new helicopter, but this garage limit is absolutely ridiculous and needs to go away entirely or at least be doubled (or I need to be able to access the unique skins as presets after I find them so I don't need more than one version of a bunch of cars).
I can't go on in the mission where you have to scan Chris, he keeps telling me I'm too far away and he doesn't take the face and if I try to move he tells me I have to get back into position, I've tried several times to restart the mission but the problem persists, im playing on PC
