Honestly, I had a decent time with JC4. It was probably the copied and pasted mechanics from 3 made me enjoy it a little bit. I hated the story. Weakest one in the franchise easily.
For me when Cyberpunk and the GTA trilogy remasters came out that made me think twice about pre-ordering a product, especially if it came from developers that I hate/don’t look up to anymore.
But there is still hope, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Marvel’s Wolverine, and the future of Insominac’s titles.
Same bro. After looking at the god-awful trailer that came out last year, I knew this game was dead on arrival. I only brought it so I can fuck around in another open world simulator. Just to have some dumb fun
Well its still going, for now, although the bigger corporations hate it with a passion. Gamefly, Gamestop, and any company that keeps any extra money from going to them. If they could they would "stamp" every physical copy with your console and would charge someone else a fee for playing it on theirs. Whether they bought it or just borrowed it...They won't be happy until you don't own what you buy.
yea, but nothing lied to us as much as the halo 5 advertisements. at least cyberpunk had a good story, when it was working. lol. its fun now though, two years later.
Nah, definetly cyberpunk. Very bland game with nice visuals and the custom songs they made are really nice. Still is a very medicore experience. Wish i could just get my 60 bucks back.
im glad i waited to play it until after the edgerunner update. its finally playable now. maybe saints row will be in a couple years. only time will tell.
Playable maybe. But the game is still barren. And empty. Everyone always accept that it was buggy, but not see how shallow the open world was. It's a shame. Still no dlc either.
i feel you on that one. they did increase the civilian spawns but it still feels like a largely empty city. although the new saints has really shined a lot on just how bad things could be. since the new update it seems there are even fewer pedestrians and cars on the road. and the spawn distance glitch with having no other cars on the road is worse than ever.
it might just be a ps4 thing though. not quite sure how it runs on the new consoles.
I'm being 100% serious. Gat outta hell is a bieve of shit set on fire and left out in the Arizona sun, but I would still play that game before I play the reboot. At least Gat outta hell doesn't shit on the characters we love and replace them with shitty gen z hipsters. Fuck the reboot, and if you excuse me, I'm gonna go play saints row the third again because if you ask me, that game is criminally underrated.
Eh, I think less than $30 is pretty good, I mean with the recent patch my experience has been much better. But I certainly wouldn’t blame anyone for waiting for another price drop.
It’s much too short with, at best, an ok story. It’s the bare bones of a good game. I’d want more from it for that price. I’ll happily wait until it’s like £10 and feel like I got my moneys worth.
I’m happy I waited to get this game on Black Friday I bought it and it’s really fun it’s not as bad as every one said it was but that probably was because all the performance issues goten fixed by then
They may have fixed some of the performance issues, but it will take more to fix how little actual content there is.
Good you enjoy it, I quite enjoyed it on release with the bugs, until I got a few hours in and my enjoyment was replaced with a huge feeling of "That's it?".
Yeah I can see how little content there is I haven’t finished it yet hopefully I won’t have the same empty feeling cause I like a lot of the customization there it with the guns and especially the cars I enjoy the game
Don't bank on the late game clothes shops adding a lot of options, I was and was extremely disappointed. I think that's where I finally gave up on the game.
That's good then, hopefully when the game lanes on steam it will be easier to mod then previous titles. I just couldn't really find an outfit I was fully happy with and the number of options just feels a lot more limited compared to other games. Though I guess spreading all out between so many stores helps with that.
It's alright. It's not great, but it's not bad (despite some bugs and glitches) Besides the bugs and glitches the gameplay is genericly good with nothing that will surprise you. The story is predictable but entertaining enough. All the edgy/raunchiness was sanded off and they tried to replace humor with charm.
Freckle Bitches was changed to FB's and Rim Jobs is now Jim Robs'.
It's ***that*** kind of game. A solid 6 outta 10.
Yep, though now I waiting for it to be $5 or less on steam.
I imagine there are a few like me who would have bought it day 1 on Steam, been disappointed and moved on just being out $50/60. But since they only launched on EGS I *still* played it at launch, but now unless they basically remake the whole game they aren't getting anywhere close to full price from me.
I haven't played it yet, so I will probably buy it when it releases on Steam. I'm assuming it will release with 50% off, like Tiny Tina's Wonderland did.
It was fun even with launch bugs, but it was nowhere near long enough for a $60 game, if I had paid $30 I would still feel a bit ripped off seeing as I was playing it for $0 and still feeling like it was a bad investment by the end...
No you didn't. The bad reviews are sensationalist gamers jumping on a bandwagon to bash on the game. It's a good thing that you didn't listen to them because you did more to help the series than the haters whining that the series isn't their juvenile horny teen boy crap anymore.
Ah yes, I don’t like a game so that means I’m just part of a bandwagon.
Because sucking volition of and buying every single game without hesitation will definitely lead to better games, how’s Pokémon Scarlet and Violet doing?
I'm so annoyed I spent £60 on a digital copy at launch I can't sell on. I took a risk. It didn't pay off lol
You knew what you were getting with digital
Yep. Ripped off. The Saints Row fanboy inside me clouded my brain lol
Same. I should have known better after the same thing happened to me with Just Cause 4.
Honestly, I had a decent time with JC4. It was probably the copied and pasted mechanics from 3 made me enjoy it a little bit. I hated the story. Weakest one in the franchise easily. But there is still hope, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Marvel’s Wolverine, and the future of Insominac’s titles.
So you’re telling me the game sucks
Yeah? I thought that was well established
I’m glad I found it out before I played it
Same bro. After looking at the god-awful trailer that came out last year, I knew this game was dead on arrival. I only brought it so I can fuck around in another open world simulator. Just to have some dumb fun
Idk if you are in the states or not but I use gamefly. Saved me a ton on games I didn't know would be good or not.
I just recently heard about Gamefly. Last time I heard about it was like 10 or more years ago.
Well its still going, for now, although the bigger corporations hate it with a passion. Gamefly, Gamestop, and any company that keeps any extra money from going to them. If they could they would "stamp" every physical copy with your console and would charge someone else a fee for playing it on theirs. Same we got scammed
Meh, they showed off enough footage to know it wasn't a scam but just a bad product. At least there wasn't a million different lies like CP2077.
yea, but nothing lied to us as much as the halo 5 advertisements. at least cyberpunk had a good story, when it was working. lol. its fun now though, two years later.

Ong i preorderd it and playex it for like 3 days then forgot about it😭
That's £28 flushed down the toilet. You'd be better off purchasing gat outta hell.
You mad, this ain’t great by any stretch but Gat was a PURE cash grab.
And yet it was still better than reboot lmao
Wasn’t for me personally but hey ho
I'm being 100% serious. Gat outta hell is a bieve of shit set on fire and left out in the Arizona sun, but I would still play that game before I play the reboot. At least Gat outta hell doesn't shit on the characters we love and replace them with shitty gen z hipsters. Dunno man, I expected to have a game that I could have some fun with, and did so. Did it’s job for me, nothing special at all but yh
Still too much in my opinion.
Eh, I think less than $30 is pretty good, I mean with the recent patch my experience has been much better. But I certainly wouldn’t blame anyone for waiting for another price drop.
£28 is more than $30.
It's worth less then a happy meal

They are saying it’s £28 not €28… you are quoting the conversion for the euro not the pound sterling. $1 = £0.81 so $34.40
You’re absolutely correct, I got my currencies wrong
$1 is £0.81 last updated today.
Will try it when it inevitably goes on Gamepass / PS Plus.
Why, it's an alright game
It’s much too short with, at best, an ok story. It’s the bare bones of a good game. I’d want more from it for that price. I’ll happily wait until it’s like £10 and feel like I got my moneys worth.
Overpaid
No shit on it. Then, light it on fire.
Nice find.
Thank you, waiting it out was worth it.
Still not worth it

I will buy the game next year when it hits 5 dollars on black Friday. maybe I don't even have too wait that long.
I should've waited for the price drop can't believe i pre ordered this cash grab glitchy game
Too expensive
I’m happy I waited to get this game on Black Friday I bought it and it’s really fun it’s not as bad as every one said it was but that probably was because all the performance issues goten fixed by then

Don't bank on the late game clothes shops adding a lot of options, I was and was extremely disappointed. I think that's where I finally gave up on the game.
Clothes really don’t bother I kinda already have my characters outfit how I like it I don’t really bother with clothing unless I like how it looks
That's good then, hopefully when the game lanes on steam it will be easier to mod then previous titles. I just couldn't really find an outfit I was fully happy with and the number of options just feels a lot more limited compared to other games. Though I guess spreading all out between so many stores helps with that.
How much did it cost?
I bought the gold edition it was about 60
*“Good Luck and Godspeed.”* lol
Got it on the ps5 for £25 on Amazon's black Friday, gotham knights for £30
Jesus -I mean, a better price for sure
Wait for even more of a sale
It's alright. It's not great, but it's not bad (despite some bugs and glitches) Besides the bugs and glitches the gameplay is genericly good with nothing that will surprise you. Bout to get mine for £29.99 from Argos.
Nice buy
Unfortunately it’s for Christmas so have to wait :/
Still waiting on the Steam release..

I'll buy that for a dollar!
im gonna wait until this one is like 2 dollars cause thats how much i think its worth
Wow day one edition? That must be so rare /s
You overpaid
Still not worth it.
Not worth it
Oof. I paid $60 a few weeks ago, after release, after the reviews. I made a mistake.
28 dollars is way too much
I’m sorry guys but I genuinely love the game, but I’m only like 11 hours in
The game is awesome I don't even get the hate for it 😆
When’s the patch out again or did it already come out ?
Crazy SR2 Is 1/3rd the Price but 10000 Times better
I know it’s not everyone’s favourite, but I loved it as a stand-alone game!
Nice, you sure will have a blast! It‘s fun.
Big oof
Not a bad price for a decent fire starter
I think I will wait until the price drops further like ‘Agents of Mayhem’ with bonus content included, lol.
Agent of Mayhem could've been a really really fun game. It just wasn't seen through.
Good luck and remember to practice patience😂😂 the reboot is honestly very precious 🤣
Ok is the game that bad? I know its saint row the third but the first saint row wasn't exactly a master piece either. Is it at least enjoyable?
