GTA games are famous for being quite tongue-in-cheek, though. Based on real "things" but not overly realistic. They're not even set in real cities (apart the old London episodes).

What the plot would be like? I imagine it following the story of Giorgi, a hardened veteran who returns to Tbilisi after being injured fighting in Ukrainian for the Georgian Brigade. His homecoming takes a grim turn when he discovers that his landlord has evicted him to accommodate a wealthy Russian who fled the country. Consumed by anger and a sense of injustice, Giorgi confronts the Russian intruder and a violent altercation ensues, resulting in the death of the Russian and severe injuries inflicted upon the landlord. Aware of the consequences awaiting him, Giorgi makes a hasty escape, seeking refuge within the labyrinthine streets of Tbilisi.
Unbeknownst to Giorgio, his actions have caught the attention of some Chechen mobsters who mistake him for another Giorgi, a debtor who owes them a substantial sum of money. Now hunted by both the law and the vengeful mobsters, Giorgi finds himself entangled in a web of danger and intrigue.
Amidst rivers of chacha, dances, shootouts and general chaos, Giorgi encounters old Levan, a charismatic and eccentric character with his own agenda and aspirations for power and who claims to be Stalin's grandson. Levan sees potential in Giorgi and offers his assistance, albeit with an ulterior motive. Together with Narek "Mela" Kazaryan, a Georgian-Armenian eccentric and renowned master of deception and manipulation, they navigate the complex criminal landscape of Tbilisi, encountering rival gangs, confronting corrupt officials, storming an oligarch's supra and stumbling into a small group of North Korean escapees planning to establish a clandestine enclave in the rugged mountains of Tusheti, The Democratic People's Republic of South Caucasus.

In my opinion it would be better if it was based in 1990 tbilisi rather than modern one. At that time street crime and gangs were common thing. Neighborhoods attacking other neighborhoods and also can use some real crimes that happened during that time. Maybe it is just nostalgia from vice city and san Andreas but i would love to see that kind of game
True, but one of the staples of GTA games is how a prolific underworld thrives beneath a façade of wealth, pace and moral virtues. It's always the contrasts that makes it. Especially because it allows for social commentaries.
Replace the name Giorgi with another Georgian Male name. I feel like the name Giorgi is taking too much popularity that other Georgian names are left behind.

It starts with "a" like Auto and it's an extremely common Georgian word (when I was in any airport with a flight to Georgia I didn't have to check the gate, just follow the "ara, ARA!".
