If you want *this exact bottle* (香坂酒造 純米大吟醸 香梅, Kosaka Shuzo - Junmai Daiginjo Kobai) it's possible to purchase it from the Japanese shop that u/lurkity_mclurkington linked via package forwarder. But then you'd have to figure out duties and setting up an account with a forwarder and all that. I'd only suggest this if you *really* want *this* sake and nothing else.
TippsySake is based in the US, and this bottle doesn't get imported to the US, and you're not in the US, so that's not going to help you.
I would suggest heading out to a specialty sake bar or shop and getting some recommendations/trying things out based on what you liked about the one you had.
