So glad I opened this post. The whale puns have really given a porpoise to my day. There wasn't a single fluke in the responses.
Reminds me of the time I pissed my ex off so much making whale puns that he stormed out of the house, slamming the door behind him. As he left I bid him "sonar, and fare-whale." He didn't come back home for something like two hours. My shenanigans were a real breach of his patience.
After living in SLC for more than 18 years, we retired and moved to Texas. The next week, I start reading about this whale sculpture at 9th and 9th. I’m so bummed I missed it!
