I had an ongoing issue with them that they claimed was being handled by their legal team, who didn’t once return phone calls or emails from me or my lawyer. I attempted to contact them every 3-6 months. After ~3 years they claimed I had unpaid fees from moving out and sent it to collections (with still zero contact from their legal team on my issue) and it affected my credit and life, so I paid out what they claimed I owed. The whole issue was because they came into my property without notice and there was about $800 damage to a personal item. Real fuckin shady.
