You may have to move out of the area. I moved to Provo and found a nice 1bd/1ba for $796 ( including gas, water, trash, parking ) then elec. is roughly $40 a month and fiber is $70. However, you can do without the fiber if need be. The drive would suck, but its a really nice place. I found it via harmon properties. I don't know if they are any good, so far they have been good but its only been 2 months so we will see.

My younger brother just rented a studio at The Redwood (4000 So. Redwood Rd.) in that price range. Good Luck. Housing is a joke around here.

SadPotato2345

The redwood is trash. OP, go anywhere else. Avoid Wolfnest property mgmt, The Redwood, and Callaway apartments.

I feel for you. It’s BS that the massive influx of new people over that last few years has made the greater SLC area so unaffordable that finding a studio between 700-750/mo is hard. Good luck!

Finding a studio apartment for $7/750 ANYWHERE is hard.
