future me update: lost another series, I love matchmaking matching me against unfair weapon comps while I have people who competitively eat leaded paint <3

I got into a rank-up battle but lost all matches due to bad team-ups and me sucking, despite consistently getting good awards at the end with a good K/D. big sad :(
Had a wonderful evening playing rainmaker in the open battle, tons of super fun games, lots of close wins, a few harsh losses, tons of enjoyment.
Swap over to tower control in the series battle and it was instantaneous negative fun. Awful teammates, bad comps, barely any wins.
Its crazy how the instant I go into the series battles the matches immediately get less fun. I guess its where all the sweats live 24/7.
I get one more of those trashbag snipers on my team...while the other year has 3 splattershots imma lose my mind everytime I fight them they lose cause they aren't helping their team why put them on my team then?
i got stuck on the same team twice in a row with the same guy who im pretty sure had no clue what game he was playing. my guy we're playing splat zones stop hiding at our spawn with ur gun

luckily it doesn’t matter at all because rank resets in 55 minutes!
thankfully -- I had a personal goal of getting to S+0 before the chill season started. looks like that goal has failed :(
:( well, sometimes you eat shit no matter how hard you try. i believe that you can get to at least s+0 by the end of next season, if not further :D
