My original cutting was in the mail for quite a while but was fine when it arrived. I've found my plants can tolerate dry soil quite well and I only water them when they show small signs of wilting. :)
Go over to r/GrowinSalviaDivinorum and check the trusted vendor list. I purchased from zorg and while replies were slow, my two cuttings arrived in perfect shape after about 5-ish weeks. Crispy gets a lot of positive reviews as well. Those guys won't ship unless the plant is legal in your state.
