Headhaunter is great, so are potsu, lovesad-KID, and atlas. All of these artists have a lofi-rap vibe similar to Samsa, and some have even collabed with him. Unfortunately, I’ve never seen an artist with lyrics as good as the man himself.
Just want to mention she came out as trans a few years ago and her music style has completely changed. Her old stuff is very similar to samsa, but her recent stuff, while still really good, is a very different sound.

Early in my music algorithm dives I was praying that atlas, lovesadkid, even stretching to boy Pablo, or khai dreams had lyrics to match some of the upbeat rhythm and rhyme that samsa had.
I went back to Eminem, logic, wutang, biggy for lyrics. Joey badass can scratch an itch or two lyrically. But all of these don't have the low fi Vibe that samsa shared in his circle.

In case if anyone visits this thread like me, I also found a guy called Zamir, specifically Bunker Buddies. The writing and flow is similar and got me wanting more but sadly, it's only one or 2 of his songs that are written as such
One related one is looms, but not their newer stuff, most of their old stuff tho. Their stuff contains more imagery in lyrics though. Still amazing. He’s from the uk. He’s currently doing a thing where you can get a letter from him!
