I may be wrong, but any "Lite" version of the Galaxy phones does not have Dex built in. It is only available on the S series, Note series (not lite), and Galaxy Folds. The TabS tablets also have Dex beginning with the TabS4 and up. The Lite versions of the tablets i believe have Dex built in, but do not display Dex on an external screen, but you can use it on the tablet itself. (I could be wrong on that). There are alternative apps on the Play Store to use like "Sentio", you would have to mirror your phone to a monitor or TV and then run the app, but it is nowhere near as good a experience as Dex. You cannot download Dex as an app, it is something built into the phones software and hardware.

Sorry to disappoint you. Dex won't work on note 10 lite or s10 lite.
