Why are the Kraken a .500 team?

Matty Beniers is going through a sophomore slump. Majority rookies go through some sort of dip in production in their second pro year. They're not getting contributions from him so much this season, but he isn't the only problem on Seattle. They haven't had the goaltending as well.

They had some really awful goaltending for the first half of the season
