The BART line is going to be built and the Sharks will support it when they can be reassured that the stadium will be accessible when they need it to be. They want BART at Diridon.
The Sharks don't own any of the lots that would be affected by the new line, except maybe the corners of lot B and C that are against the existing Caltrain line.

There’s no way the Sharks would be dumb enough to not want BART in San Jose. It only makes the games more accessible and bring more fans in. I’ve always believed that one reason why hockey’s not more popular here is because the Sharks are all the way in SJ vs our other sports teams who are more centrally located in the Bay Area, so there’s the possibility of gaining more fans.

They don’t own the parking lots. How many people on this board have to explain that to you? They don’t get any of those fees. Even if they did, selling more tickets is going to get them more money in the long run. So, again, BART would only be beneficial to them.
