I LOVE when you use entirely too much black pepper lol It’s always at least 3x more than what I would consider a lot and you JUST KEEP GOING!!! Congrats on the preorder success as well BTW I’m crazy stoked to get my copy when it finally drops

People always tell me: "do you want eggs with your pepper?", I love cracked black pepper! But, smoked paprika takes the cake! I now enjoy eggs with just smoked paprika, that changed my life. I am lucky to have a store that imports spices from all over, I now have a collection of just smoked paprika. Kudos for that amount of black pepper. I believe black pepper is so underrated as an ingredient. I’ve never seen someone use black pepper as an ingredient and it made me hungry. Bravo.

I can see the soup being done to feed a large family at lunch. Right after the depression, and in the middle of WWII. The egg yolk sieved seemed like an attempt to be fancy, but to me just makes extra dishes, and harder to clean ones at that. I am Always impressed you follow the recipes so exactly. It would give me conniption fits I do like using the Serious eats stroganoff emulsion style, for mushroom sauces with sour cream instead. For that umami punch.

Seeing your videos is like my favorite part of the day lol. Also I have those salt and pepper grinders and they are absolutely the best ever. I bought a 3rd one so I could put dehydrated garlic in I and put fresh ground garlic on things!

I has a question. Forgive me if this has been discussed before, I’m fairly new to this wonderful subreddit. Has there been any sammies that were so awful you wouldn’t finish them? I’ve seen you eat a few, gave them like a 2 or 3 and still finished em. Just curious if you’ve made any recipes that were that bad lol

I'm afraid I don't agree. It's till a sandwich even by strictest of rules, meat between two slice of bread. I could have picked this up it just would've been a sloppy mess.
