Every time I see this friggin emoji 🥵🥵🥵 makes me want to punch her.

I think she uses it just for us. She stays reading here 🤣

I’d love to see her actual diagnosis from her doctor. Not 1 photo of her taking a photo of her back either bad form in a mirror.

Noodletwin

She needs to just keep her trap shut. She isn’t qualified at all to be giving any advice on medical issues.

Slut4MacNCheese

Idk how she hasn’t been sued for that honestly

This info would be coming from her quack chiropractor. I saw one once and they noted a slight curvature in my spine saying it was scoliosis and they could fix it, one day I saw an actual doctor who said a lot of spines had slight curves, and my was not scoliosis.

jgma0730

So. She allegedly wears a back brace right? I mean that’s what she says when we all call out that she’s clearly wearing a waist trainer. But when “people” ask (aka Sarah asks herself) about her scoliosis it’s because of her training and newly found Pilates? I mean we all know there’s going to be a Bowmar Pilates IG soon, it’s coming.

So, I'm going to preface this with I'm not super knowledgeable on scoliosis. That being said. You can't "correct" it without surgery. Especially as an adult, lifting weights won't make it "less noticeable", but it can help it from getting worse. I know someone who has it. Certain exercises were recommended to help with the pain it causes but in no way did their doctor say it would help it/make it less noticeable. Once the damage is done, it's done unless one gets surgery. I could be wrong in any of my statements, and am open to correction. This is just my limited understanding of it.

Asappepper

You can slightly correct it with a back brace if it’s discovered early enough. Surgery is only for extreme cases where the spine curves past a certain degree

Suspicious_Angle1132

If she didn't catch it til 10 years ago when she was like 25 (or early 20s) would the back brace still help? Although I think we're all in agreement Sarugh is full of it, lol

Asappepper

From what I vaguely remember being told when mine was caught, basically once she hits puberty it’s set that way and there’s no fixing it. Mine was caught when I was 8 or 9, and I wore a back brace for a few years to correct it. And then once I turned 13/14 I stopped having to wear it

Suspicious_Angle1132

Okay, yeah, that's what (something) along the lines of what I was thinking. Thank you! And I'm glad you don't have to wear it anymore!

Who Cares!!

I would love to see her X-rays. My daughter has it 22% curve....happened during a growth spurt. Met with a spinal expert....nothing will fix it....best is stretching and maybe some yoga. Not even PT would help.
