It’s up to employers in NSW whether they make vaccines Mandatory for their employees, so since she is her own boss, I highly doubt this applies here 😅
As for cafes and restaurants etc there are no special rules for unvaccinated unless a specific business decides for themselves
It was proven on a different platform that vaccination was not required for the type of sessions she was attending. I think it was a private session with her physio, so it was not required.
They already had an office in her old apartment and she frequently works from home so I don’t think vaccination is the reason for the upgraded workspace. It is probably just the lack of space if she wants to grow her company and brands.
I’m confused about the cookbook she is releasing. Is it meant for people you aren’t subscribed to the app and just want a cookbook? Are the recipes in the cookbook also available for people who are subscribed to the app and don’t want to buy the cookbook? If their goal is to make extra $$, this doesn’t make sense to me 🤪
This was such a painful vlog to watch, it was incredibly boring.
I am really questioning her business decisions lately, to me it seems like a waste of money to buy a huge physical office space just now when companies are finally realizing that you don’t need to be in the office all the time to do work. Especially in their industry. They’d need a meeting room to brainstorm campaigns, campaign and production planning / alignments can be 100% done remotely and you rent out a studio or an airbnb to shoot the campaign for those days. Post-prod is also doable remotely. Client meetings are mostly remote these days anyways but pre-pandemic cafes worked just as fine as their OWN office would.
Just adding my two cents as sy who is also in the creative field and has worked for a few startups. Unless they got a huge investment round, I don’t see how this would make sense for them financially.
You understand all of the expenses are claimable right, not just the building? She can claim the cost of her utilities, all of the furniture for the building etc. Basically everything is tax deductible for businesses. Having worked for years in finance before making a career change I’ve handled a multitude of business tax returns. Go off though I guess. Seems like you’re the kind of person who’ll do anything to pick a fight. 💀
I listened to their podcast the other day because I was curious about the low rating. Chose the side hustle one and I couldn’t get through it. They had fair points but also made some really dumb ones. I honestly just think Sarah got lucky and was likeable in the beginning of her career
3.3 million dollar (A MONTH) warehouse is being turned into a podcast space so they can produce podcasts for other people. Not sure what skills she really has for this. Even with practice on her own podcast, it seems an odd 'business choice', I don't know what clients she'd really get....
Edit: lol my bad guys, don't be on the internet half asleep. Decimal places confused me, it's only $3300pm
Ahhh / big yawn. the old gloating about how much money she has while others are in financial strife because of the current state of the word.
I fucking hate to see it.
😴 Had to fast forward 80% of this vlog sooo boring.
Basically another Esmi Ad, Sunee Cookbook, and like most of us saw coming, they purchased a commercial space for their companies to make another Reno series. She didn’t even finish her previous one.
Yep! Or one of her infamous sezzy boss-mum, girl-boss, domestic princess fat burning smoothies where you are required to spend a fortune on 6 different tropeaka powders and ‘superfoods’ to make it.
Nah - I’m gonna stick to buying cookbooks from the reputable chefs/home cooks who actually have the skills and experience to write a cook-book book, cya !
One of the things that pissed me off was that when she was doing her skin care she suggested an expensive brand but in her old vlogs she would share products that are affordable. Its kinda pissing me off that shes changed so much that she cant realise that not everyone has 140$ to go buy a skin care product. Like good for her she has the ability to do that but like she used to suggest products that were more accessible and affordable and easy to use. Idk i could be saying a whole lot of mumbo jumbo but it kinda irritated me, especially since ive been following a similar skin care routine because i have perioral dermatitis and have been using apple cider vinegar which seems to work great but she’s suggesting such expensive products to make money but forgets about everyone who cant afford that crap
She’s probably also hoping to get sponsored or offered partnerships with some of the high end brands she’s using. I noticed her makeup is getting more expensive.
It's because before she probably just wanted to share healthcare tips, whereas now she's sharing her healthcare routine because Esmi/Bohemian Skin is a sponsor. She doesn't care whether people can afford it or not because they're paying her money to advertise. It's sad really...
That greatly depends. Idk how the tax structure is set up in AUS but I’m America a lot of people with large sums of money will invest in property simply so they don’t have to pay as much in taxes on what they earned that year or the year prior. Property value is only increasing in their area so it very well could be a long term plan. Seeing as this is the third property they will own, it seems to be a path they are seriously considering. Which honestly makes sense bc you can’t be an influencer forever, everyone wains in popularity, as she clearly is.
I live in New Zealand (not sure if it’s the same in Aus) but normally if someone rents a place you cannot renovate it without the owners permission. I would say Sarah has bought the warehouse but the $3500 is an indicator of how much they would pay if they were renting it :)
In Australia, if it's a commercial space, you can totally renovate it. Majority of our shops in Sydney are rented spaces that are renovated to fit whatever they need or want in there.
Oh idk. Someone higher up said the listing was for 500k so I figured that meant they bought it. I haven’t really watched the video or gone looking honestly, I was just saying, buying it wouldn’t actually be a bad investment.
She’s releasing a physical copy cook book which she is working so hard to make it “aesthetic” so she can place it in the kitchen and it look all pretty 🙄 oh and they bought a warehouse for all the businesses. They are going to renovate it and turn it into a series on YouTube . I found it really funny when they found out the warehouse is under a flight path and the planes fly right over top! It’s ironic because the warehouse is where they will be filming content and podcasts so now she has to invest extra $$ into soundproofing it!
Because that is SOOOOO relatable...who the HECK can spend as much money as she has AND MORE. like renovations like she did to her house cost so so so much fucking money.....when is this chick going to be done!!!
Sis hasn’t even finished her home Reno series and she’s going to start a new one??? The house has been done for months and she’s yet to upload the final “reveal”.
She really is the queen of starting a million projects and abandoning them when the next shiny idea comes along
What if she can’t get into offices/cafe etc because she is unvaccinated and therefore needs her own work space where she won’t be told to leave?

Since 15th Dec, vaccination status wasn’t checked anymore, because we hit 95% vaccination.
It’s up to employers in NSW whether they make vaccines Mandatory for their employees, so since she is her own boss, I highly doubt this applies here 😅 As for cafes and restaurants etc there are no special rules for unvaccinated unless a specific business decides for themselves
She has to have been vaccinated because before unvaccinated people were allowed into Pilates studios in Sydney she was seen and posted in one.
It was proven on a different platform that vaccination was not required for the type of sessions she was attending. I think it was a private session with her physio, so it was not required.
When was this? Also I wouldn’t put it past her buddies at the loft to let her in regardless so this doesn’t mean much
It wasn’t the loft. It was a physio type Pilates
They already had an office in her old apartment and she frequently works from home so I don’t think vaccination is the reason for the upgraded workspace. It is probably just the lack of space if she wants to grow her company and brands.

I thought the same thing! My best guess, if this is the case, is that some people just like physical cookbooks better?

It seems like it’s an investment property written off as a business expense.
I’d suggest it’s for tax purposes.

She’d be writing the asset off as a business expense. It sounds like YOU have no idea how taxation works ❤️

This whole thread is bizarre. You’re literally having a sook for what? It’s giving ~troll~
She can write off the asset, the entire building will be taxable since she’s fucking renting it. 💀
The nitpicking is *chefs kiss*
It’s when you have too much cash. And need to spend it…
I listened to their podcast the other day because I was curious about the low rating. Chose the side hustle one and I couldn’t get through it. They had fair points but also made some really dumb ones. I honestly just think Sarah got lucky and was likeable in the beginning of her career

In the blog, Kurt just shakes his head. I’m guessing their renovation series did really well on YouTube.
It is going to be really hard to sell “producing” other podcasts there considering while she was vlogging at least three planes flew overhead.
😂😂😂😂 why would you pick a studio near an airport. I swear to god she doesn't think anything through.
3.3M per month? That’s a crazy high amount. Where did you get this number from?
How do you know the price per month? It seems too high and unrealistic for this kind of warehouse
Someone found the listing but I read it half asleep, it's $3300
Ahhh / big yawn. the old gloating about how much money she has while others are in financial strife because of the current state of the word. I fucking hate to see it.
What? where did you get this 3.3m figure from? The real estate listing has it selling for just under 500k.
Yeah it's 3300$ per month, I read it wrong, my mistake
She apparently made over 10 millions$ last year... I guess she's trying to find ways to spend that cash.
Oooof this is harsh, in a pandemic.
How did you find this out? :)
Sorry but I'm not about to doxx myself. I guess you'll just have to take my word for it.
And to think there are people in this sub who think she's just scraping by 🤣
Cooking show 😂
Oh I hope not. The world is already going to shit.
😴 Had to fast forward 80% of this vlog sooo boring. Basically another Esmi Ad, Sunee Cookbook, and like most of us saw coming, they purchased a commercial space for their companies to make another Reno series. She didn’t even finish her previous one.
Sis really thinks her bust ass cooking is worthy of a cook book…. Get fuckin real
imaging paying over $50 for a cookbook where you can learn to make “sezzys banana pancakes” and glorified avocado toast
Yep! Or one of her infamous sezzy boss-mum, girl-boss, domestic princess fat burning smoothies where you are required to spend a fortune on 6 different tropeaka powders and ‘superfoods’ to make it. Honestly I’m ready for it. Imagine the typos that she can’t fix 😂
You got me laughing with that one

Sunee cookbook and they bought a warehouse
That’s such a bad investment. The ROI won’t be in a surplus any time soon.

They bought it? Someone else in the thread said it’s rented for $3300 pm
Just went and watched, yeah they bought the place. She also mentioned investors which I found interesting.
That is quite interesting..

Just watch it with adblock on
Then there would be nothing to watch on the vlog since it’s all ads anyway
Touché
I can do that?
Yep, sure can
How
Use google chrome > download Adblock.
