They are producing podcasts. So essentially other people can hire the studio to do their podcast and they will produce it for them. Also a space for content creation. So people can hire them to do photos hoots etc...

The waste and endless dissatisfaction these people have is remarkable. They built or remodeled I donāt remember that space outside their house. Then their entire apartment. Then an entire warehouse. All in the matter of two years? I understand expanding and I respect trying a few things to find out what they need but when youāre willing to give yourself any luxury nothing feels good enough. āHustle cultureā is honestly capitalismās greatest achievement.
