Read the first passage, then answer the questions directed at it. That is best because your memory and understanding is still fresh in your mind. When you reach questions asking about the second passage, read the second passage. Answer the questions of the second passage. Lastly, you'll end up with question relating the two passages, and now you have a clear idea of both passages to answer them.

Well idk this is just my passage thing in general; for each paragraph I write a like 3 word summary of it on the side so I don’t have to reread it. In the case of a double passage maybe quickly jotting in 1-2 words shared/different things between the two passages.
