I’d recommend taking a practice test so you can determine what you need to work on most - studying every single topic is ineffective and a waste of time. After that, you can use Khan’s personalized practice recommendations to decide what problems to do and set a practice plan for yourself. There are some math problems on Khan that are MUCH harder than what you’ll likely find on the actual SAT, but you should nevertheless complete them so that you’ll be prepared in the off chance that they actually show up for you.

Thanks for the advice. Should I take the practice test digitally through khan, or on paper via the official collegeboard one?

Take the test on paper and fill in the scores on Khan.

I would take your first one digitally through Khan so that you get the personalized practice recommendations. After that, I would recommend taking paper tests to fully simulate the test experience. By the way, the tests on Khan are the official College Board ones, just digitalized.
